Cancellation Policy
- In the period between 120th days and 60th days prior to group arrival, 25% of the total charges of
canceled services will be due to GLOBAL EVENT.
- In the period between 59th days and 30th days prior to group arrival, 50% of the total charges of
canceled services will be due to GLOBAL EVENT.
- In the period between 29th days and 15th days prior to group arrival, 75% of the total charges of
canceled services will be due to GLOBAL EVENT.
- In the period between 14th days and the day of arrival, 100% of the total charges of canceled
services will be due to GLOBAL EVENT.
- No shows will be charged in full on all services requested.
Upon reception of the reservation GLOBAL EVENT will issue an invoice with details for payment by
bank transfer. Reservations will only be validated upon reception of full payment.
