TENDER FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT WORKS—SUGAR INDUSTRY LABOUR WELFARE COMMITTEE (SILWC)
TENDERS are invited for Land Development Works at the Golconda Housing Settlement for the Sugar Industry Labour Welfare
Committee (SILWC).
Tender documents may be perused during normal working hours at the Central Tenders Board’s Office, 116, Frederick Street,
Port-of-Spain.
Tenderers are required to pay a tender deposit of five hundred dollars ($500.00), payable by cash or certified cheque to the Director
of Contracts and attach the official receipts to their tenders.
Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
(i) valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates dated not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date
of the tender; and
(ii) Certificate of Compliance issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act.
