Objectifs
This training will provide the trainees with landmarks and methods to analyse and improve
instructor's teaching skills.
At the end of the course, the trainee shall be capable of preparing and managing dual
controller training sessions with trainee controllers, including the brief and debrief phases.
Trainees should be able to assess trainee controllers performance according to teaching
rules and to phrase corrective actions
Trainees should be able to adapt their teaching styles to their trainee controllers

Our teaching methods are based on practical exercises. So, each instructor will participate to
exercises. We will illustrate and describe theory using those exercises and/or trainees
experience.
