Content of a safety plan, of a safety life, overview of safety studies during ATM technical
changes.
Functional Hazard Assessment phase (FHA) and its tools : functional analysis, structured
brainstorming, preliminary risk anlysis, failure mode effedct and criticity analysis (FMECA).
Preliminary System Safety Assessment phase (PSSA) and its tools : ESARR4 grid, risk
acceptability and assessment, failures trees, requirements.
System Safety Assessment Phase (SSA) : objectives, qualified trees, transition advices.
Synthetic safety file writing.
