CCT aims to make people become more aware and more connected with their compassionate nature so that their instinctive response to a given situation will come from that compassionate understanding standpoint rather than negative excessive judgment. Through instruction, daily meditation, awareness, and in-class interaction, the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness are strengthened. Learn how to train your mind to intentionally choose compassionate thoughts and actions and develop skills that help you relate to others—and yourself.
