Official forwarding agent
Un transitaire officiel est désigné par l'Organisateur pour
effectuer toutes opérations de sa compétence :
An official forwarding agent is appointed by the
Organiser to perform all operations falling within his
scope:
- dédouanement,
- manutention,
- transports,
- emballages,
- stockage des emballages vides, etc.
Il est à la disposition des exposants sur le site, pendant les
périodes de montage et de démontage, ainsi que pendant
toute la durée de l'exposition.

- transport,
- packaging,
- storage of empty packaging, etc.
He shall be available to exhibitors on the site, during
assembly and dismantling periods, as well as through the
whole duration of the exhibition.

Handling, empty packaging
Les opérations de manutention dans l'exposition ainsi que
le stockage des emballages vides sont pris en charge par
votre transitaire.
Au démontage, les emballages vides seront distribués sur
les stands le soir de la fermeture de l'exposition.
Afin d'éviter les blocages abusifs des allées, Elec
Promotion coordonne le planning de circulation dans le
hall et la mise en place du matériel lourd sur les stands
quel que soit le transitaire ou manutentionnaire mandaté
par l'exposant.
La responsabilité de ce planning est confiée au transitaire
officiel de l'exposition (voir ci-après).
Handling operations within the exhibition, as well as the
storage of empty packaging, are undertaken by your
forwarding agent.
For the breakdown of the exhibition, empty packing cases
will be distributed around the stands on the evening of
the last day of the exhibition.
So as to avoid blocking the aisles unnecessarily, Elec
Promotion will be co-ordinating traffic in the hall and the
installation of heavy plant on the stands, irrespective of
the haulage company or handling firm employed by the
exhibitor.
The overall management of goods handling is
coordinating by the official forwarding agent (see after).

1. L'exposition est officiellement reconnue par
l'Administration douanière comme "entrepôt réel sous
douane".
1. The exhibition is officially recognised by the Customs
Administration as a "proper customs bonder warehouse".
2. Les marchandises étrangères doivent être soumises au
contrôle du Service des Douanes du Bureau du Parc
d'expositions.
3. Rappel de la procédure du "passage en douane" pour
les matériels en provenance de l'étranger :
les marchandises étrangères doivent être soumises au
contrôle du Service des Douanes, avant leur mise sur les
stands.
2. Foreign merchandise must be presented for customs
inspection by the Customs Services at the "Parc
d'expositions" Custom Office.
3. Reminder of the Customs Clearance procedure for
equipment coming from abroad:
Foreign exhibits must be presented to the customs for
inspection before it is brought onto the stands.
This inspection must be carried out through the
forwarding agent.
Ce contrôle doit être fait par le biais du transitaire.
Quel que soit le mode de transport retenu (terrestre,
maritime ou aérien), les marchandises doivent arriver
accompagnées d'un document de transit ou carnet ATA.
Le transitaire prendra en charge les documents de transit
et les présentera à la douane.
Ce n'est qu'après l'accomplissement de cette formalité que
les marchandises pourront être acheminées sur le stand.
Une fois ces dernières "libérées" par la douane, et en
accord avec les exposants, le transitaire mettra à leur
disposition les moyens nécessaires à la manutention.
Les formalités d'admission temporaire auprès des
douanes seront accomplies dans le même temps.
Pendant la durée de la manifestation, les marchandises
devront être présentées, sur le stand, à toute réquisition
du Service des Douanes.
Avant la fin de l'exposition, vous devrez donner à votre
transitaire toutes les instructions nécessaires, quant au
retour des marchandises, ou modification du régime
douanier.
Aucune marchandise étrangère ne peut quitter
l'enceinte de l'exposition sans que les formalités
douanières n'aient été accomplies au préalable.
Whatever the method of transport selected (land, sea or
air), exhibits must arrive accompanied by a transit
document or an ATA carnet.
The forwarding agent then takes possession of the transit
documents and will present them to the customs.
Exhibits may not be moved onto the stand until this
formality has been completed.
Once exhibits have been "cleared" through customs, and
in agreement with exhibitors, the forwarding agent shall
make available the equipment required for its handling.
Temporary customs admission formalities are carried out
at the same time.
For the duration of the event, exhibits must be produced
for inspection, on the stand, on any request from the
customs.
Before the end of the exhibition, you must give your
forwarding agent all necessary instructions concerning
the return of the goods, or a change in the customs status.
No foreign exhibits may leave the exhibition enclosure
unless customs formalities have been before hand
complied.
