ENTRY :
Toutes les marchandises importées doivent être reprises sur un
manifeste qui doit être remis au Service des Douanes dès l'arrivée
de l'appareil.
Ce document peut revêtir deux formes différentes :
All imported goods must be appointed on a manifest that must
to be provided to the Customs Service since the arrival of aircraft.
This document can have two different forms :
- Déclaration générale, comportant un cadre pour l'établissement du manifeste de cargaison.
- Ou manifeste distinct.
- General declaration, including a standard for the establishment of cargo manifest.
- Or distinct manifest
Les marchandises sont déchargées sur autorisation du service et,
après dénombrement des colis par le préposé visiteur, acheminées
vers le magasin-cale d'Air Afrique. Les colis séjournent dans ce
magasin tant qu'ils n'ont pas reçu leur destination définitive : mise à
la consommation, admission temporaire, etc…
The goods are unloaded with the Service authorization and,
after numbering of packets by the customs inspector, routed
towards the storeroom of Air Afrique. The packets must stay in
this storeroom as long as that they didn't receive their definitive
destination : permit on consumption, temporary admission,
etc…
L'agent d'Air Afrique ne peut délivrer les colis qu'au vu d'un "Bon à
enlever" du Service des Douanes. Les vivres frais peuvent être
remis au destinataire à l'aérodrome, sous réserve que celui-ci ait
souscrit au titre général l'engagement de déposer la déclaration de
mise à la consommation dans un délai de 48 heures.
The agent of Air Afrique cannot deliver the packets that only
after the presentation of a " Good to be delivered " granted by
the Customs Service. The cool provisions can be given to the
recipient at the airport, under reserve that this one subscribed
on a general basis the engagement to put down the declaration
appropriate to the consumption within a period of 48 hours.

TRANSIT :
Les marchandises en transit devant faire l'objet d'un transbordement
ne peuvent pas quitter l'enceinte sous douane et se trouvent sous la
surveillance constante du service.
The goods in transit subject to have a transhipment cannot be
moved outside the customs zone and are under a permanent
customs supervision.

DEPARTURE :
Un manifeste des marchandises à la sortie doit être remis au vérificateur des douanes qui le signe après avoir fait procéder à l'identification des colis.
A manifest of cargo on departure must be appointed to the customs inspector that signs it after having made the identification
of the packets.
Un exemplaire de chaque déclaration d'exploitation doit être joint au
manifeste, ainsi que les LTA et les factures ou autres documents d'expédition.
One copy of each operation declaration must be joined with the
manifest, as well as LTA and invoices or other export documents.
Le chargement des colis doit avoir lieu sous la surveillance du service.
The loading of packets must be operated under the customs
supervision.
Le Service des Douanes se réserve le droit d'apporter à la réglementation ci-dessus, les modifications qu'exigerait le bon fonctionnement
du service.
The Customs Service reserves the right to bring to the above
regulation, the necessary modifications required by the good
working order of the service.
