BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT
99 Bank Street and 50 O’Connor Street
We are excited to share with you that Sun Life Financial Centre has commenced an extensive
building renovation, which will take place over the next few years into 2017.
The new design, by NEUF Architect(e)s, has been carefully considered to showcase light and
movement from its structural appeal to the choices of the finishes and enhanced amenity space.
The improved building performance will accommodate increased pedestrian flow from the
Parliament Light Rail station, which will be directly connected to the Sun Life Financial Centre.
Throughout this project, updates about the renovation project and light rail system station
connection will be made available to our tenants on our building website.

presentation made to our building tenants in late March and early April as well as current
updates regarding the start of Phase I in the 99 Bank lobby and entrance.

Nous sommes ravis de vous informer que le Centre Financière Sun Life entreprend maintenant
des travaux de rénovation majeurs, devant s’échelonner sur quelques années, jusqu’à 2017.
La nouvelle architecture, de NEUF Architect(e)s, a été conçue pour mettre en valeur lumière et
mouvement tant par sa structure attrayante, son choix de finis que par ses aires d’agrément
renouvelées. L’édifice rénové pourra accommoder le flux plus grand des passagers de la station
de train léger Parlement directement reliée au Centre Financière Sun Life.
Nos locataires pourront tout au long du projet suivre sur le site Web de l’édifice la progression
des rénovations et de son lien avec la station de train léger.
Nous avons créé un lien vers la page “Renovation and Transit Updates” qui permettra à nos
locataires de rester informés d’un simple clic. slfcreno.com vous amènera à notre site Web
d’édifice récemment renouvelé. Vous y trouverez aujourd’hui la présentation qu’ont pu voir nos
locataires à la fin mars et au début avril de même que le point sur le début des travaux de la
Phase 1 dans l’entrée et le hall d’entrée du 99, rue Bank.
