3. Services aux Passagers
Tout passager arrivant d'un pays etranger sur un
aerodrome international n'est passible d'aucune
redevance.
Les lignes Aeriennes paieront a l'Autorite
Aeroportuaire Nationale une redevance de zero
dollar soixante centimes americains (US$0.60) par
passager debarquant et embarquant, pour
I'utilisation des tapis roulants a bagages.

Stationnement, abri et remise cl long terme des
aeronefs
2.1 Stationnement des aeronefs
Les premieres 5 heures sont gratuites.
Les droits de stationnement d'aeronefs sont de zero dollar
soixante centimes americains (US$0.60) par Mille /ivres,
pour tout stationnement excedant les deux premieres
heures gratuites. 11 demeure entendu que le minimum a
payer pour le droit de stationnement est de trois dollars
americains (US$3.00) par jour.
11 sera per~u sur les aerodromes utilises pour le
trafic aerien local une redevance passager
calculee sur la base suivante:

*Toute Compagnie aerienne operant sur une base

charters paieront cette meme valeur par sieges
disponibles.
Une redevance de quinze gourdes (gdes 15.00) sera payee
par vehicule (sans exception aucune), admis au parking
pub/ique de I'Aeroport.

GEN 4.1 AERODROME CHARGES
1. Landing of aircraft
2.2 Hangarage charges
Maximum permissible take-off weight allowed as
specified under the regulations of the State in which the
aircraft is registered.
The charge for hangarage is different from that for
parking.

Parking, hangarage and long-term storage of
aircraft
2.1 Parking of aircraft
The first 5 hours are free.
Parking charges are US$0.60 (sixty cents) per 1000
Ibs, minimum US$3.00 (tree dollars) per day.
A charge of Gdes 15.00 (fifteen gourdes) is made for all
vehicles without exception, parked at the public parking
of the International Airport of Port-au-Prince.
It will be perceived a royalty of thirty dollars Americans
(US$30.00) per hour or fraction of hour for eclairage of
the parking space apart from the official hours of
opening of the airport.

3. Passengers services
No charge is collecting from any
passenger on an international airport.

Airlines will pay to the Airport Authority the amount
of US$O,60 (sixty cents) per passenger
disembarking and embarking, for the use of the
carousel.
A passenger charge will be made at the
aerodromes used for domestic air traffic on the .
following basis:
Airlines will pay to the Airport Authority for control
security at the mount of US$0.60 (sixty cents) per
passenger arriving or departing on domestic flight.
All airlines operating on a regular basis at the
domestic aerodromes shall collect the amount of
US$.OO (two dollars) on each airfare ticket used
locally for the
account of the Airport
Administration. The charter flights are subject to
the same regulations depending on the available
seats.
A charge will pay to the Airport Authority at the
mount of US$400.00 (four hundred dollars) before
the take off a plane operating apart from official
hours of opening of the airport, i-e before 6h a.m
or after 10h p.m.
It will be perceived by the airport Authority at
mount of ten dollars (US$10.00) for all landing or
decollate necessitate the use of the luminous
beacon.
The non-regular flights landing enter 14 hours and 16
hours pm will pay at the mount landing increased by fifty
percent 50%.

Reductions
Des redevances de sOrete de I'aviation sont per~ues aux
aerodromes internationaux de Port-au-Prince ' et du CapHaHien. Le mentant des redevances est de cinq dollars
americains (US$5.00).
a) Vols intemationaux - 5% pour Jes aeronefs qui uti/isent
I'aeroport comme leur aeroport d'affache pendant plus d'UfJ
mois civil.
Lorsqu'un aerodrome est utilise de jour pour une SfHie
d'atterrissage, il sera exige de chaque aeronef une
redevance quotidienne equivalant cinq fois la redevance
pen;u pour un atterrissage unique dans la categorie de
poids.

concessionnaire occupant des espaces disponibles dans les
aeroports civils de la Republique des redevances calculees
d'apres le bareme suivant:

Tout retard imputable a une ligne aenenne entrainant
I'atterrissage d'un avion passager aux heures de pointe de
14 16 heures est passible d'une surcharge de 50% de la
redevance d'atterrissage.
(Avions passagers: 14 - 16 heures locales).

Si I'atterrissage a eu lieu en dehors des heures officielles
d'ouverture de I'aeroport, en plus du droit d'atterrissage
majore de 50%, il sera per<;:u une surcharge de deux cent
doilars americains (US$ 200.00)
Tout aeronef attei'rissant apres les heures officielles du
coucher du soleil paiera un minimum de ' dix dollars
americains (US$10.00) par atterrissage et par decollage
pour le balisage lumineux et trente dollars americains
(US$30.00) par heure et par fraction d'heure de
stationnement (Zone Fretj, pour l'eclairage.
Fret
Electricite: (Evaluation apres occupation de locaux)
Tout concessionnaire offrant des services au sol. tels que
chargement des aeronefs, restauration a bord et location
d'equipement au sol, a des tiers, paiera une redevance
mensuelle de dix pour cent (10%) sur le montant brut des
recettes relatives aux dits services.
Toute exploitation de services dans les aeroports civils de la
Republique sera sanctionnee par un contrat a intervenir entre
I'exploitant et l'Autorite Aeroportuaire Nationale (AAN)
La compagnie de petrole concessionnaire acquittera une
redevance dix centimes americains (US$ 0,10) our tout gallon
de carburant vendu a un aeronef dans les aeroports civils de
la Republique .
Une redevance de Un doliar (US$1 .00) par mille livres
(1.000Ibs) sera payee sur le fret aerien en provenance de
I'etranger.
8. - Madalites de paiement
Les redevances d'atterrissage, de stationnement ou d'abri
per~ues au tarif quotidien sont payables au moment de
I'utilisation de I'aerodrome, ou dans le cas d'utilisateurs
n§guliers, mensuellement a la fin de chaque mois civil. Les
redevances d'abri ou de stationnement per~ues au tarif
mensuel ou trimestriel sont payables d'avance au debut de
la periode dont il s'agit.

4. - Security
Reductions
Charges for aviation security are levied at the international
aerodromes of Port-au-Prince and Cap-HaWen . The amount
is five dollars (US$S,OO) per departing passenger.
a) International flights - 5% for aircraft using the
airpol1 as base airport for more than one civil
month.
5.- Noise-related items
When an aerodrome is used during the hours of
day light for repeated landings, a daily charge
equivalent to five times the charge for a single
landing for the weight class of the aircraft
concerned shall be levied in respect of which
aircraft.

6. - Other
The" Autorite Aeroportuaire Nationale (AAN) will charge all
concessionaire occupying available spaces at all Civil
aerodromes of the Republic of Haiti according to the
following scale of charges:
b) Domestic fiights
Same as international flights .
Space for offices: US$10.00 (ten dollars) the square foot per
year.
Spaces for business: US$1 0.00 (ten dollars) the square feet
per year.
Space for cargo offices: US$8.00 (eight dollars) the
square foot per year
Spaces for warehouse / luggage storage: US$S.OO (five
dollars) the square foot per year.
Land: US$S.OO (five doliars) the square foot per year.
Tarmac parking (Ground equipment): US$S.OO (five dollars)
the square foot per year.
Electricity: (Evaluation after premises occupation)
All concessionaire provided ground services, such as
Aircraft loading, catering on board and ground equipment
renting at third parties shall pay a monthly charge of ten per
cent ori the overall amount of fees related to the above
services.
All exploitation of services at the civil aerodromes of HAITI
are subject to a contract to be established between the
exploitation agent and the" Autorite Aeroportuaire Nationale
" (AAN).
Surcharges
If landing occurs during the peak hours
established by the Autorite Aeroportuaire
Nationale, a charge of fifty per cent (SO%) more
than the landing fee is made.
(Passenger aircraft: 14 - 16 hours, local time) .
The commercial fiight landing apart from the
official hours of opening of the airport (6h am10h pm), in addition to the right of landing
increased by SO% will pay a fine two hundred
dollars Americans (200.00 US$) .
Any Aircraft landing after official sunset will pay a
US$10.00 minimum charge and the same
amount for taking off for use of airport lighting. A
charge of US$.30.00 by the hour and fraction of
hour of parking (cargo side) for electriCity will be
added.
Cargo
A charge of US$1.00 (one dollar) is made per
1000 (one thousand) pounds on air cargo
coming from abroad.
8. - Methods of payment
A charge of US$0.10 (ten cents) is made to the fuel
concessionaire for each gallon of fuel sold to aircraft owner
at all civil aerodromes of HAITI.

Landing charges and parking or hangar charges
levied at daily rates are payable at the time the
aerodrome is used or, in the case of regular
users, on demand at the end of each calendar
month in respect of charges accruing during the
month. Hangar or parking charges levied at
monthly or quarterly rates are payable in
advance at the beginning of the period.
