RÈGLEMENTS CONCOURS
«Tirage au sort – Séjour ZEN en pleine nature des Laurentides»
Article 1 : Organisation
La société – Forfaits Québec - dont le siège social est à Candiac QC, organise un concours sans
condition pécuniaire, ni obligation d'achat. Le présent règlement définit les règles juridiques
applicables à ce concours.
Article 2 : Participation
Ce concours est ouvert aux personnes de 21 ans et plus résidant au Québec et hors-Québec à
l'exclusion des membres du personnel des sociétés organisatrices. Cette exclusion s'étend
également aux familles des membres du personnel ainsi que les personnes avec lesquelles ils
sont domiciliés. Dans ce sens, les participations au concours sont sujettes à vérification par les
organisateurs du concours. La décision des organisateurs à cet effet est finale et sans appel.
Article 3 : Durée et Modalités de participation
Ce concours se déroulera pendant une durée définie, soit du 1 avril 2015 au 30 février 2015 à
17h.
La participation à ce concours s'opère grâce au formulaire présent dans la section concours sur
le site Internet de Forfaits Québec (www.forfaitsquebec.com). Pour que la participation soit
enregistrée, le candidat doit compléter tous les champs obligatoires du formulaire et appuyer sur
la touche PARTICIPEZ. Si l’inscription est complétée avec succès, le participant recevra par
courriel un message le remerciant de sa participation. Une seule inscription par adresse courriel
est valide. Le tirage au sort aura lieu le 1 mai 2015 à 17h.
Article 4 : Le prix : 2 journées d’accès au spa (1 peignoir par jour, serviette à volonté,
cadenas pour le vestiaire, bouteille d’eau), 1 nuitée en occupation double, Petit déjeuner
Continental, 1 panier cadeau

Si le prix ne pouvait être attribué tel que décrit dans le présent règlement pour une raison hors du
contrôle des organisateurs du concours et non reliée à la personne gagnante, les organisateurs
s'engagent à attribuer un prix de nature similaire et de valeur égale ou supérieure. Le prix devra
être accepté tel que décrit dans le présent règlement et ne pourra être transféré à une autre
personne, substitué à un autre prix ou échangé en totalité ou en partie pour de l'argent.
Article 5 : Prix simple
Le concours comprend un prix, décrit dans l’article 4.
Article 6 : Désignation des gagnants
Le tirage au sort se fait de manière totalement aléatoire par un système informatique.
Le gagnant sera automatiquement prévenu par courriel à l'adresse qu'il aura lui-même donné.

Les informations que vous communiquez sont fournies à Forfaits Québec.
Les informations nominales saisies pour la participation du concours seront intégrées au fichier
des Sociétés organisatrices et pourront être réutilisées par des services internes, sauf opposition
expresse de la part des participants qui disposent d'un droit d'accès et de rectification aux
données personnelles les concernant.
Article 8 : Publication des résultats
Les Participants autorisent la société Forfaits Québec, dans le cadre du présent concours, à
utiliser les informations recueillies sur chaque participant en vue d'un fichier commercial.
Article 9 : Acceptation du règlement
La participation à ce concours implique l'acceptation entière et sans réserve du présent
règlement. Toute contestation ou réclamation litigieuse relative à ce concours devra être formulée
par écrit et ne pourra être prise en considération au-delà d'un délai d'un mois à compter de la
date de clôture du concours. La Société Forfaits Québec prendra toutes les mesures
nécessaires au respect du présent règlement.
Article 10 : Dépôt du règlement
Le règlement des opérations est librement et gratuitement accessible sur le site Internet de
Forfaits Québec où il peut être imprimé à tout moment. www.forfaitsquebec.com
CONTEST RULES
"Draw – ZEN escape into nature Laurentides"
Section 1: Organization
Forfaits Québec, whose headquarters are in Candiac, QC, is organizing a contest without any
financial conditions or obligations. These regulations define the legal rules that apply to this
contest.
Article 2: Participation
This contest is open to people who are 21 years old and over residing in Quebec or outside
Quebec with the exception of the staff of the organizing companies. This exception also extends
to the families of staff members and people with whom they reside. In this sense, the contest
entries are subject to verification by the contest organizers. The organizers' decision to this effect
is final and without appeal.
Article 3: Duration and Terms of Participation
This contest will run for one term, from April, 1, 2015 to April 30, 2015, 5:00 p.m..The participation
of this contest takes place by filling out the form found in the contest section of Forfaits Québec
website (www.forfaitsquebec.com). To be eligible, contestants must complete all mandatory fields
on the form and press REGISTER. If registration is completed
successfully, the contestant will receive an email thanking them for their participation. Only one
entry per email address is valid. The draw will take place May 1, 2015 at 5:00 p.m..
Article 4: Price : The package includes: 2 days of access to the Spa (1 day bathrobe and towel at
will lock to the locker room, bottled water), 1 night in double occupancy, Continental Breakfast, 1
gift basket * Reservations required. Subject to availability. Expires in December 2015.

If the price cannot be awarded as described in the rules for a certain reason beyond the control of
the contest organizers and it is unrelated to the winner, the organizers will award a prize of similar
nature and of equal or greater value. The prize must be accepted as described in the regulation
and may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged in
whole or in part for cash.
Article 5: one price
The contest has only one price, described in section 4.
Article 6: Designation of winners
The draw is done randomly by a computer system. The winner will be automatically notified by email to the address they have given.
Article 7: "The Data Protection Act" January 6, 1978
Information given by the contestants are provided to Forfaits Québec only.
The information given for the contest registration will be part of a file and can be reused by
Forfaits Québec, unless expressed otherwise by the contestants who have a right to access and
rectify their personal data.
Section 8: Publication of results
The winner authorizes Forfaits Québec, as part of this contest, to publish its name on the Forfaits
Québec website (www.forfaitsquebec.com).
Article 9: Acceptance of the rules
Participation in this competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of this regulation. Any
controversy or claim at issue on this contest will be made in writing and shall not be considered
beyond a period of one month from the closing date of the contest. Forfaits Québec will take all
measures necessary to comply with this regulation.
Article 10: Filing of Regulation
The contest rules are freely accessible on the Forfaits Québec website ww.forfaitsquebec.com
and it can be printed at any time.
