d’un Site; à l’aménagement requis; d’un
budget d’aménagement et d’un budget de
fonctionnement ainsi que des politiques et
procédures d’un parc de chiens sans laisse.
The Off Leash dog park Advisory Committee
has
for
main
objectives:
to
make
recommendations to Municipal Council of the
City of Clarence-Rockland concerning park site
selection; site work required; capital budget and
operational budget and the policies and
procedures of the off leash dog park.

The Advisory Committee is considered the
voice, for opinions and concerns of the citizens.

COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Le comité sera nommé par le conseil municipal 2.1

Un (1) conseiller ou conseillère du Conseil
municipal de la Cité Clarence-Rockland
La Directrice des Services communautaires, le
Gérant des programmes et le Gérant des
facilités agiront comme personnes ressources de
la Cité.
The planning committee, which is appointed by
Municipal Council shall be formed by the
following:
A maximum of seven (7) residents of the City of
Clarence-Rockland
One (1) councillor of the City ClarenceRockland municipal council.
The Director of Community Services, the
Program Manager, the Recreation and Facilities
Manager shall act as resource persons of the City
of Clarence-Rockland.

Council cannot appeal the decision.

The advisory committee shall be composed of:
A maximum of seven (7) residents of the City of
Clarence-Rockland; one (1) councillor of the
City Clarence-Rockland municipal council.
The committee shall nominate a Chairperson and
Vice-chairperson for a one year mandate.

Le membre du conseil municipal ne peut être 4.3
nominé au poste indiqué à l’article 4.2.
No member of Council can be appointed to the
positions indicated in item 4.2.

Le comité consultatif peut recruter des résidents 4.4
pour siéger au sein de comités ad hoc.
The committee can recruit residents

Les réunions auront lieu sur une base mensuelle 5.1
lors du processus d’aménagement du parc et sur
une base trimestrielle lorsque le parc sera en
fonction.
The meetings will be held on a monthly basis
during the planning stage of the park and on a
quarterly basis once the park is in operation.
Le comité consultatif se réserve le droit de
convoquer des réunions spéciales au besoin.
The advisory committee can call for special
meetings as needed.
