CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTES ET INFORMATIONS DIVERSES
Toute réservation est nominative et
ne peut en aucun cas être cédée ou
sous-louée.
RESERVATION
La réservation devient effective uniquement avec l’accord du camping et après
réception :
•Du contrat de location rempli et signé
(ou réservation en ligne)
•De l’acompte de 25%
•Des frais de réservation de 16€
•De l’acceptation des conditions générales de vente
•De la souscription à l’assurance Annulation Campez Couvert (facultatif)
ARRIVEE / DEPART
Locatifs
Tous nos locatifs sont non-fumeurs.
En saison : soit les samedis soit les dimanches à partir de 16h et départ entre
8h et 10h.
Hors saison : arrivée le jour de votre choix
à partir de 15h et départ entre 9 et 11h.
Emplacements
En saison arrivée à partir de 14h et départ pour 11h.
Hors saison arrivée entre 10 et 12h ou
entre 14h et 19h.
CAUTION
L’emprunte CB vous sera demandée
à votre arrivée sur présentation d’une
carte bancaire en cours de validité correspondant au même nom que le dossier enregistré, pour garantie de toutes
casses au mobil-home (facture de réparation) ou à son contenu (voir inventaire)
et du nettoyage final si le locatif n’est pas
rendu dans un état impeccable de propreté et sans odeur de cigarette (forfait
minimum 60€). Les éléments mentionnés sur l’inventaire remis lors de votre
arrivée seront de toute façon appliqués
que cet inventaire nous soit retourné ou
non après pointage et signature.

MODIFICATION
Des modifications peuvent être effectuées sans frais, sous réserve de disponibilité dans le camping.
Toute arrivée tardive ou départ anticipé
de votre fait ne pourra donner lieu à un
quelconque remboursement.
Retard En l’absence de message écrit justifiant
votre retard , tout emplacement ou
hébergement deviennent à nouveau
disponible 24h après le jour et l’heure
maximum d’arrivée prévu initialement
et le paiement intégral des prestations
demeure exigé.
Départ anticipé
Tout séjour commencé est dû dans son
intégralité.
ANNULATION
Toute annulation doit être effectuée par
écrit.
En cas d’annulation de votre part :
• plus de 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée, l’acompte sera conservé
• moins de 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée, la totalité du séjour est due par le
client.
ASSURANCE ANNULATION
Le camping Les Playes vous propose
une assurance Annulation et Interruption facultative dans votre contrat de location. Notre partenaire Gritchen Affinity s’engage à rembourser tout ou partie
du séjour aux seuls clients ayant souscrit l’assurance Campez Couvert. En cas
d’annulation, avertir le camping de votre
désistement dès la survenance d’un
évènement empêchant votre départ
par courrier ou par mail. Si le sinistre
est prévu dans les conditions générales
(disponible sur le site www.campez-couvert.com ou auprès du camping), vous
devrez aviser l’assureur dans les 48h et
fournir tous les renseignements nécessaires et documents justificatifs.
RESPONSABILITE
Il appartient au client de s’assurer, le
camping décline toute responsabilité en
cas de vol, pertes, dégradations par autrui et de catastrophes naturelles, etc..
Le client accepte l’emplacement en l’état
(arbres, végétations…). En cas de litige
ou de contestation, le Tribunal de commerce de Toulon sera seul compétant.
REGLEMENT INTERIEUR
Le camping Les Playes se réserve le
droit d’expulser sans préavis ni remboursement les personnes qui manqueraient gravement au respect du règlement intérieur. Les mineurs doivent
être accompagnés de leurs parents ou
tuteurs légaux.
ANIMAUX
En locations, caravanes et camping-car,
nos amis les chiens (à partir de la 3ème
catégorie et les chats) sont autorisés sur
présentation du carnet de vaccination à
jour. Aux conditions qu’ils soient tenus
en laisse et ne soient pas laissés seuls
dans le terrain ni dans les locations : 1
seul chien par location. Ceux des 1ères
et 2èmes catégories sont interdits.
Aucun autre animal que chien et chat,
n’est autorisé dans le camping.
Bookings are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet.
BOOKINGS
Bookings will only become effective with
approval of the campsite and on receipt
of:
•The completed and signed booking
contract (or the online booking form)
•The down payment of 25%
•The booking fee of 16€
•The acceptance of the general terms
of sale
•The subscription to the cancellation
insurance of Campez Couvert (optional)
ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES
Rentals
All our rentals are non-smoking.
High season: on Saturday or Sunday,
arrivals from 4 pm and departures
between 8 am and 10 am. Low season: free arrival day, from 3 pm
and departures between 9 am and 11
am.
Camping pitches
High season: arrivals from 2pm and
departures before 11 am. Low season: arrivals between 10 am
and midday or between 2 pm and 7 pm.
WARRANTY DEPOSIT
You’ll be asked to leave a copy of a
valid credit card registered with the
same name as mentioned on the booking contract, as a warranty deposit for
damage to the mobile home (based on
an invoice), broken or missing items (see
inventory) and cleaning if the rental is
not left in a completely clean state and
without cigarette smells (minimum cleaning service 60€). Items mentioned on
the inventory handed to you on arrival
will in any case be applicable, whether
you return the inventory to us after
checking and signing it or not.

MODIFICATIONS
Modifications may be done free of
charge, subject to availability on the
campsite.
Late arrivals or early departures initiated by you cannot be subject to whatever refund.
Late arrival
Failing a message detailing the reason
of your late arrival, camping pitches and
rentals may be vacated 24 hrs after the
expected day and time of arrival and
payment of the full amount of the services will be required. Early departure
Started stays must be paid in full. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be done in writing. In case of cancellation from your side:
• more than 30 days prior to arrival: the
down payment will be kept
• less than 30 days prior to arrival: the
total amount of the stay must be paid by
the customer. CANCELLATION INSURANCE Camping Les Playes offers you the option to take out cancellation insurance
when booking. Our partner Gritchen Affinity commits to the refund of all or part
of the stay for customers with cancellation insurance from Campez Couvert. In
case of cancellation, please inform the
campsite by letter or e-mail, as soon
as the event occurs that prevents you
from leaving. If the event is listed in the
general terms (available on the website
www.campez-couvert.com or by asking
the campsite), you must inform the insurance company within 48 hrs and send
all the necessary information and proof.
LIABILITY
The customer must be insured. The
campsite declines all liability in case of
theft, loss, damage by third and natural
disasters, etc..
The customer accepts the pitch as it is
(trees, vegetation…). In case of litigation
or dispute, the Commercial Court of
Toulon will be the only competent court. INTERNAL RULES
Camping Les Playes reserves the right to
exclude, without notice or refund, persons who would fail to respect the internal rules. Minors must be accompanied
by their parents or legal guardians.
PETS
In rentals and on camping pitches, dogs
(from the 3rd category and cats) are
allowed on presentation of a valid vaccination booklet. They must be kept on
a lead at all times and may not be left
alone on the campsite or in the rentals:
1 dog per rental. Dogs of the 1st and
2nd categories are strictly prohibited.
No other pet than dogs or cats will be
allowed on the campsite
