FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM
April 28th, 2016
Dear families,
On May 19th, 2016 the Preschool and Cycle 1 classes will be travelling by bus with Melanie
Robidoux, Megan Martin, and Amanda Raithby to the Old Port of Montreal from 8:10 to 14:25.
The students will watch the Imax movie La nature sauvage de l’Afrique, as well as participate in
hands on activities in the exhibition rooms Science 26, CLIC, and Roule et Bille.
Parents are asked to send $10.00 per student, with PPO contributing the remainder of the cost of
the trip. Accompanying pre-kindergarten parents are asked to pay $20.00 to help defray the cost
of their transportation and entry fee.
Students will need to bring a cold lunch as well as running shoes.
Please return this permission slip no later than May 9th, 2016 even if your child will not
participate in the trip.
