Mieux Vivre in connection with the financing of its development in
Europe in the "EHPAD" area
To finance its expansion in Europe in the field of nursing homes ("EHPAD" (Etablissements
d'Hébergement pour Personnes Agées Dépendantes)), the group Mieux Vivre took out a loan
of EUR 99 820 000 with a pool of banks composed of Société Générale, Caisse d’Epargne
Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Centre-France and
Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel d’Aquitaine acting as arranger and agent.
The firm Lefèvre Pelletier & associés, Avocats (LPA) assisted the group Mieux Vivre for
negotiation and drafting of credit agreement, subordination agreement and guarantees. The
team was composed of Alain Gauvin (lawyer, partner) and Kawtar Raji (lawyer, associate).
