Dear participants,
Welcome to the 16th edition of the OiLibya Rally of Morocco honoured again this year to receive the
High Patronage of His Majesty Mohammed VI.
On behalf of the entire team NPO Events, the Royal Moroccan Motorcycle Federation (FRMM)
and the Royal Moroccan Federation of Automobile Sports (FRMSA), we thank all participants,
Team managers, service team, journalists, volunteers, partners for their support, especially
OiLibya, Official Sponsor of the rally, and also the Moroccan authorities for their contribution to
the organization of the rally.
The 2014 OiLibya Rally of Morocco reached a new milestone in terms of reputation and prestige by
hosting next 3 to 9 October the global elite of Rally-Raids. The OiLibya Rally of Morocco will welcome
290 competitors in Car, Bike, Quad, Truck and more than 850 participants. It’s also 120
members of organization who will be there for the Event.
As the last year, the OiLibya Rally of Morocco is positioning as Final FIM Cross Country Rallies Wolrd
Championship and Final of the FIA Cross Country World Cup.
OiLibya Rally of Morocco does not lose the interest of many amateurs on 2 or 4 wheels. Represented in
all categories: Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, Quads, they come to learn or perfect their driving securely and
will be similarly honoured in this new edition.
This is where the particularity of Rally and appeal for all these passionate resides!
This sporting event is always friendly high level, to everyone, and allows sharing of experiences
between the pros and amateurs together.
This year, the competitors are expected at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean for an arrival in the White City,
hidden behind the dunes.
After 5 days of epic battles on the 2000kms of the route, the desert heat of southern Morocco will give
way to the intensity, the laughter, the tears, the joys of the final podium!
It’s in this city where the stars of Rally-raid will be crowned and all finishers of this Main Rally in Africa.
This is the first useful information for this Rally. The final version of the guide will be available in
september.

Sporting supplementaries regulations are in validation near to the FIM and FIA. It will be
available end of August.

III. ACCES TO THE RALLY
Officials hotels of Rally are : REDA hotel in ZAGORA and ATLANTIC hotel in AGADIR. The
Service Park is mandatory for any mechanical intervention.
Thaks to communicate to the organization the dimensions of the service vehicles to
obtain the needed space in the service park.
Any finding made outside authorized zones will be subject to penalties, including
exclusion of the team.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS
Administrative checks will be held on Saturday 03 and Sunday, October 4 at the REDA hotel
in ZAGORA in the conference room. You must show up on time indicate on your convocation
sent in September 2015.
Schedules:
- Saturday, October 3
From 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. : Open competitors, FIM, Enduro Cup, SSV etc.
From 6 p.m to 8:30 p.m. : registered competitors in FIA
9 p.m : Meeting with all the registered managers teams
- Sunday, October 4
From 7 a.m to 2 p.m : Open Competitors, FIM, Enduro Cup, SSV etc.
4 p.m: MANDATORY ERTF / ASTRIUM Training – administrative checks room (French and
English)
o At the end of compulsory education, distribution of Road-books with annotating of each driver.
TECHNICAL CHECKS
Technical checks will be held on Saturday 03 and Sunday, October 4th at the Service Park
at Zagora stadium. You must show up on time indicate on your check box.
Schedules:
- Saturday, October 3
o From 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Open Competitors, FIM, Enduro Cup, SSV etc.
- Sunday, October 4
o From 6:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m: Registered Competitors in FIA

o From 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Open Competitors, FIM, Enduro Cup, SSV etc.
4) ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN IN ZAGORA & AGADIR
Consider using your environmental carpet for refueling and mechanics of your vehicles.
For your waste and oils waste, PIZZORNO company in partnership for several years with
the rally provides bins and casks in the service park and on different places of the
rally to collect them.

-‐7-‐ 5) HOTEL OF RALLY : RESERVE YOUR ACCOMMADATION !
For this 2015 edition, the OiLibya Rally of Morocco takes place on 2 live place, for a route
always different and diversified.Moreover, to facilitated your stay, NPO Events offer you
solutions for accommodation with packages of 8 nights in hotels from 2nd to 9th of October.
Places are limited, for booking your hotel, complete and send us right now your accomodation
form.

6) ACCES TO THE RALLY
Access to the rally (departure and arrival of special, assistance point, assistance area,
bivouac…) is retricted to persons wearins an identification bracelet of the OiLibya rally of
Morocco in 2015 (competitors, assistant, organizing, press, accompanying, VIP) and vehicles
officially engaged (competitors, assisatnce, VIP, accompanying) in possession of official stickers
of the affixed in accordance with plan marked by NPO Events. Any violation should
disqualify the participant and the team.
7) REMINDER
DEFINITION OF SERVICE :
Any person enrolled, having paid his full participation and wearing the identification bracelet.
Mechanics, team managers, persons wishing to operate a motor racing, and access to areas of
assistance are considered as assistant. Any other participant (accompanying, VIP, press, etc ...)
can be considered as such.
DEFINITION OF ACCOMPANYING PEOPLE:
Any person enrolled, having paid his full participation and wearing the accompanying
identification bracelet. The accompanying person may be transported (A/R) bus by the
organization from the bivouac to the service park or arrivals of selective sectors every day.
NOTE : Accompanying persons can’t be considered as assistants. They may in no
circumstances carry or help competitors. Any violation will disqualify the competitor and
team concerned.
-‐8-‐ VI.USEFULL INFORMATION
1) NPO EVENTS STAFF
NPO EVENTS team is available from 29th September in Reda in Zagora hotel to 07th October
in the night, then in Atlantic in Agadir from 08th October to 10th October in the morning.
NPO Events Competitors department is at your disposal from Friday 02nd October to Friday 09th
October in these same places.
2) CATERING
NPO support begins from dinner from Saturday 2nd October in REDA evening to Friday 10th
October 2015 in ATLANTIC.
Are exclusively included :
- Diners to Saturday 3 October to Wednesday 7 October : REDA – Zagora,
- Diners to Thursday 8 and Friday 9 October : in your hotel in Agadir
- Lunch Packs the Monday 5 oct to Friday 9 oct 2015.

The BREAKFAST
They will be caught in your respective hotels.
BREAKFAST SCHEDULE in hotels, REDA and ATLANTIC :
1 hour before the departure of the fisrt bike until 9 :00 am.
The DINNERS at REDA and ATLANTIC
They are including in entries of all participant.
Anyone wishing to access the dinner Rally will necessarily be provided with its
identification bracelet and matching meal ticket.
DINNERS at hotels of the Rally will be served ONLY on presentation of meal ticket
of the day

3) RALLY’S TIME
= MOROCCAN’S TIME = GMT+1
Example : 2 pm in France = 1 pm in Morocco
4) MAROCCAN CURRENCY
Do not forget to bring Moroccans dirhams in order to pay for your expenses once in Morocco
1€ = 11,2 Moroccans Dirhams. Neither convertible expotable money
WARNING : fuel station on liaison do not accept credit card.
5) ALCOHOL
Under Moroccan law, you’re not allowed to do drink excess alcoholic drinks and consume drug.
6) CUSTOMS
If you carry your vehicle and pieces to Morocco, it is mandatory to make the ATA carnet for
the passage of customs Europe to Morocco. Also for the Europe > Maroc > Europe you should
take a Fret Custom.

An organization representant will be there in the custom to help you in Tanger Med the
28/09, 30/09, 01/10, 02/10.

Attention : To Step in and step out a vehicle in Morocco, it must be one and only person
to show the vehicle to the autorities custom.
Concerning you : For european nationals no visa is necessary for Morocco. Only the validity
passeport is mandatory. For the others nationalities you must inform you near the embassies.
NPO EVENTS stay at your disposal to forward the invitations if you need.

You will receive your security material and navigation during the administrative checks. You
must have prepared the support, wiring and antenna of this material.
This material will be installed to pass the technical checks, and will be controled by the
technician.
