1.TheMaximumsizeofyourpostershallnotexceed243cmwideby121cmhigh(8’Wx4’H)./Lataille

2. Mounting materials will be supplied by the Congress. / Le matériel de montage (panneau, velcro) sera

3.Inpreparingyourposterforthesession,wesuggestthatyoulimittheamountofprintedmaterialtothe
least possible. If supplemental material is desired, you may hand out information sheets to those viewing

5. Each poster must have a top label indicating the title of the paper, the names of the authors and their

8. Awards will be offered to the best 3 posters so the presenters are asked to be at their poster at each
session in order to be evaluated. / Un prix sera remis au 3 meilleures affiches, il est donc demandé aux
présentateursd’êtreprésentsauprèsdeleurafficheaucoursdechaquesession.
