Gemäss homöopathischem Arzneimittelbild können
SIMILASAN Globuli bei Gelenkschmerzen angewendet
werden bei:
• Beschwerden bei Abnutzung (Arthrose) der kleinen und
grossen Gelenke und der Wirbelsäule
• Beschwerden bei Gelenkentzündungen (Arthritis)
Was sollte dazu beachtet werden?

• Wenn Ihnen Ihr(e)
verordnet hat, fragen Sie Ihre(n) Arzt/Ärztin oder
Apotheker/in, ob SIMILASAN Globuli bei Gelenkschmerzen
gleichzeitig eingenommen werden dürfen.
• Bei andauernder Verschlechterung oder fehlender
Besserung ist Ihr(e) Arzt/Ärztin aufzusuchen.
• Akute und im Entstehen begriffene Beschwerden können
innert einer bis drei Wochen deutlich bessern, chronische
Beschwerden und Arthrosen (Abnutzung der Gelenke)
bedürfen naturgemäss einer Langzeitbehandlung.
• Bei Arthrose der unteren Extremitäten, der Hüftgelenke
und der Wirbelsäule ist eine ärztliche Untersuchung der
Füsse (Senk-, Knick- oder Spreizfuss) und der Beinlängen
wegen möglicher Fehlhaltungen empfehlenswert.

besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen erforderlich.
Wie verwenden Sie SIMILASAN Globuli bei
Gelenkschmerzen ?
Falls von Ihrem Arzt/Ihrer Ärztin nicht anders verordnet:
Kinder und Erwachsene: 7 Globuli (Kügelchen) pro Gabe.
• Akute Beschwerden: 6 mal täglich.
Mit zunehmender Besserung allmählich weniger häufig.
• Zum Ausheilen:
2 - 3 mal täglich.
Einnahmevorschriften:
• Globuli (Kügelchen) im Mund zergehen lassen.
• Dürfen auch auf nüchternen Magen eingenommen
werden.
Welche Nebenwirkungen können SIMILASAN Globuli
bei Gelenkschmerzen haben?
Für SIMILASAN Globuli bei Gelenkschmerzen sind bisher bei
bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch keine Nebenwirkungen
beobachtet worden. Bei Einnahme von homöopathischen
Heilmitteln können sich die Beschwerden vorübergehend
verschlimmern (Erstverschlimmerung). Massnahmen bei
anfänglicher Symptomverstärkung siehe unter der Rubrik

• Vor Kindern geschützt aufbewahren.
• Das Medikament darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter

Massnahmen bei anfänglicher Symptomverstärkung:
1. Präparat nicht mehr einnehmen bis die Reaktion
abgeklungen ist.
2. Einmal 7 Globuli einnehmen. Wirkung abwarten.

Quand les globules SIMILASAN en cas de douleurs
articulaires sont-ils utilisés?
Conformément au schéma thérapeutique homéopathique
les globules SIMILASAN en cas de douleurs articulaires
peuvent être utilisés en cas de:
• Lésions dégénératives (arthrose) des petites et des
grandes articulations. et de la colonne vertébrale
• Troubles dus à l’inflammation des articulations (arthrite)
De quoi faut-il tenir compte en dehors du
traitement?
• Si votre médecin vous a prescrit d’autres médicaments,
demandez à votre médecin ou à votre pharmacien si les
globules SIMILASAN en cas de douleurs articulaires
peuvent être pris simultanément.
• Si l'état empire ou si l'amélioration tarde, consulter le
médecin.
• Les troubles aigus ou en formation sont notablement
améliorés en une à trois semaines grâce à cette
préparation. Les troubles chroniques et les arthroses
(dégénération de l'articulation) demandent, par nature,
un traitement longue durée.
• En cas d'arthrose des extrémités inférieures, de l'articulation de la hanche ou de la colonne vertébrale, un contrôle
médical des pieds (pied plat, pied valgus, voûte
plantaire affaissée) et de la longueur des jambes
permettra de déterminer une position éventuellement
défectueuse.

Aucune mesure de précaution particulière n'est nécessaire
lors d'un emploi approprié.
Comment utiliser les globules SIMILASAN en cas de

Si votre médecin n'a pas fait une autre prescription:
Enfants et adultes: 7 globules par prise.
• Troubles aigus:
6 fois par jour. Lorsque l'amélioration se fait sentir,
diminuer la fréquence.
• Pour parachever la guérison:
2 - 3 fois par jour.
Prescriptions d'absorption:
• Laisser fondre les globules dans la bouche.
• Les globules peuvent être pris même si vous êtes à jeun.
Quels effets indésirables les globules SIMILASAN en
cas de douleurs articulaires peuvent-ils avoir?
Lors d'un emploi approprié, aucun effet secondaire
indésirable n’a été constaté jusqu'à ce jour pour les globules
SIMILASAN en cas de douleurs articulaires. Lors de la prise
de médicaments homéopathiques, les troubles peuvent
s’aggraver passagèrement (aggravation initiale).
Mesures à prendre en cas d’aggravation primaire des
symptômes voir sous rubrique „De quoi faut-il en outre
tenir compte?“
Si l'aggravation persiste, cessez le traitement avec les
globules SIMILASAN en cas de douleurs articulaires et
informez-en votre médecin, votre pharmacien ou votre
droguiste.
De quoi faut-il en outre tenir compte?
• Sans sucre. Avec xylite.
• Conservez hors de portée des enfants.
• Le médicament ne doit pas être utilisé au-delà de la
date indiquée sur le récipient par la mention < Exp.>.
Mesures en cas d’aggravation des symptômes au début
du traitement:
1. Suspendre l'administration de la préparation jusqu'à ce
que la réaction thérapeutique ait cessé.
2. Prendre en une fois 7 globules. Attendre la réaction.
3. Si la réaction se répète, agir comme indiqué sous
points 1. et 2.
4. Si vous ne ressentez aucune réaction, respectez les recommandations mentionnées sous „Comment utiliser ...".

Quando si usa SIMILASAN Globuli in caso di
dolori articolari ?
Secondo i principi farmacologici dell'omeopatia, SIMILASAN
Globuli in caso di dolori articolari trova impiego nei casi di:
• Disturbi dovuti ad artrosi alle articolazioni piccole e grandi
e alla colonna vertebrale
• Disturbi artritici alle articolazioni
Di cosa bisogna
tener conto?
.
• Qualora siano stati prescritti altri medicinali da parte del
medico curante, consultare il medico o il farmacista per
sapere se è possibile assumere contemporaneamente
anche SIMILASAN Globuli in caso di dolori articolari.
• In caso di continuo peggioramento o mancata guarigione
consultare un medico.
• Grazie a questo preparato i disturbi acuti e insorgenti
possono subire un miglioramento dopo una – tre
settimane. I disturbi cronici e le artrosi (usura delle
articolazioni) necessitano di un trattamento più lungo.
• In caso di artrosi alle estremità inferiori, all’anca e alla
colonna vertebrale, si consiglia di far esaminare i piedi
(piede piatto, pronato, spianato) e la lunghezza delle
gambe per individuare eventuali attitudini viziose.
Quando non si può assumere SIMILASAN Globuli in
caso di dolori articolari e quando la sua somministrazione richiede prudenza?
Non sono necessarie precauzioni particolari, a condizione che
il preparato sia usato correttamente.
Come si usa SIMILASAN Globuli in caso di dolori
articolari ?
Salvo diversa prescrizione medica, attenersi alla seguente
posologia:
Bambini e adulti: 7 globuli per ogni somministrazione.
• Disturbi acuti:
6 volte al giorno. Quando si registra un miglioramento,
ridurre la dose.
• Per la completa guarigione:
2 - 3 volte al giorno.
Modalità di assunzione:
• Lasciar sciogliere i globuli in bocca.
• Può essere somministrato anche a stomaco vuoto.
Quali effetti collaterali può avere SIMILASAN
Globuli in caso di dolori articolari ?
Non sono stati finora osservati effetti collaterali in seguito
all’impiego corretto di SIMILASAN Globuli in caso di dolori
articolari. L’assunzione di preparati omeopatici può dar luogo
a una temporanea intensificazione dei sintomi (peggioramento iniziale). Per le misure da adottare in caso di iniziale
intensificazione dei sintomi consultare il paragrafo ”Di che
altro bisogna tener conto?”.
Qualora il peggioramento dovesse persistere, interrompere
l’assunzione di SIMILASAN Globuli in caso di dolori articolari e
consultare il medico, il farmacista o il droghiere.
Di che altro bisogna tener conto?
• Senza zucchero. Con xilitolo.
• Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
• Il preparato può essere somministrato solo fino alla data
<Exp.> indicata sulla confezione.
Cosa fare quando i sintomi si acutizzano:
1. Interrompere la somministrazione fino a quando la
reazione si affievolisce.
2. Prendere in una volta sola 7 globuli e aspettare l’effetto.
3. Se la reazione si ripete, comportarsi come descritto ai
punti 1. e 2.
4. Se non si avverte più alcuna reazione, attenersi alle
raccomandazioni descritte al paragrafo ”Come si usa …”.

When should SIMILASAN globules for joint pain be
used?
In accordance with homeopathic principles, SIMILASAN
globules for joint pain can be taken in cases of:
• Degenerative disorders (arthrosis) in the large and small
joints and the vertebral column
• Inflammations of the joints (arthritis)
What precautions should be taken?
• If your physician has. prescribed other medications, please
ask him/her or your pharmacist if you may take
SIMILASAN globules for joint pain at the same time.
• If the condition fails to improve or becomes worse,
consult your physician.
• This preparation can produce substantial relief of acute
and incipient symptoms within three weeks. Due to their
nature, chronic degenerative disorders of the joints
(arthrosis) always require long-term treatment.
• False posture may be due to flatfoot, splayfoot, or pes
valgus, or to legs of different length. In arthrosis of the
lower extremities, hip joints, and spine, a medical
examination of the feet and legs is therefore advisable.
When must SIMILASAN globules for joint pain not
be used or used only with caution?
When used as recommended, no particular precautionary
measures are necessary.
How do you take SIMILASAN globules for
joint pain ?
Unless prescribed differently by your physician:
Children and adults: 7 globules (small spheres) per dose.
• In the acute phase:
Take 6 times daily. As the symptoms improve, gradually
reduce the dose.
• During resolution:
Take 2 - 3 times daily.
Instructions for administration:
• Allow the globules to dissolve in the mouth.
• The preparation may also be taken on an empty
stomach.
What side-effects can SIMILASAN globules for
joint pain have?
To date, no side effects have been noted when using
SIMILASAN globules for joint pain according to instructions.
When taking homeopathic medication, the symptoms may
at first become more pronounced for a short period (initial
exacerbation). For measures to be taken in case of
worsening of symptoms, see „What should also be taken
into consideration?“.
Should the worsening of symptoms persist, discontinue
taking SIMILASAN globules for joint pain and inform your
physician, pharmacist or druggist.
What should also be taken into consideration?
• Sugar-free. With xylitol.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• The medication may only be taken until the expiry date
marked <Exp.> on the container.
Measures to take in the case of initial worsening of

1. Stop taking the preparation until the reaction has ceased.
2. Take a single dose of 7 globules and wait for reaction.
