o Clubs die in één van de voorgestelde hotels wensen te overnachten dienen zelf in te
staan voor de reservatie. Het vervoer tussen hotel en zwembad wordt niet door de
organisator verzekerd.

Startgeld : €5 per wedstrijd en per zwemmer – uiterlijk te storten tegen 20.04.2011 op rek.nr. 0682213382-63 met vermelding “Superprestige 2011”,

Buitenlandse clubs betalen bij aankomst ter plaatse.
Frais d’inscriptions : €5 par compétition et par nageur – à verser au plus tard le 20.04.2011 sur le

Les clubs étrangers payeront sur place dès leur arrivée.

Inschrijftijden / Temps d’inscriptions / Entry time
Alle inschrijftijden moeten gezwommen zijn in een 50m-bad met vermelding van datum en plaats.
Indien dit voor een wedstrijd niet mogelijk is, dient vermeld te worden dat de tijd in een 25m-bad
gezwommen werd. Bij deze tijd zal 1” voor 50m, 2” voor 100, 4” voor 200m en 8” voor 400m
bijgeteld worden.
Voor de lange afstandwedstrijden (800m – 1500m) is het verplicht in te schrijven met een 50mbadtijd, omdat de 8 beste tijden in de namiddag (finale) uitkomen.

Tous les temps d’inscription doivent être nagés en piscine de 50m avec mention de la date et du
lieu. Si ce n’est pas le cas, le club doit signaler que le temps d’inscription a été nagé en piscine de
25m. Aux temps d’inscription seront ajoutés : 1” pour le 50m, 2” pour le 100m, 4” pour le 200m et
8” pour le 400m.
En ce qui concerne les compétitions longues distances (800m – 1500m), le temps d’inscription doit
été nagé en piscine de 50m, car les 8 meilleurs temps nageront la finale dans l’après-midi.

All the entry times have to be swum in a 50m-pool with mention of date and place. If this is not the
case, please mention that the time was realized in a 25m-pool. While composing the heats, we will
take this into account and will add 1” for 50m, 2” for 100m, 4” for 200m and 8” for 400m.
For the long distance events (1500m - 800m) the entry times must be realized in a 50m-pool,
because the final heat (8 best entry times) takes place in the afternoon session.

Ontvangst / Acceuil / Reception
In de inkomhal van het zwemcomplex is er een stand voorzien waar de clubafgevaardigde de
programma’s en de toegangskaarten voor de zwemmers en trainers kan afhalen.
Il y aura un stand d’information dans le hall d’entrée de la piscine où le délégué du club pourra
venir chercher les programmes et les cartes d’entrée pour les nageurs et les entraîneurs.
There is an information desk in the entrance hall of the pool where the club-representative will
receive the competition programs and the entries for the swimmers and the coaches.
Prijzen / Récompenses / Awards
De prijzen worden uitgereikt op het ere-podium onmiddellijk na iedere finale.
Laureaten die niet op het podium aanwezig zijn kunnen achteraf op hun prijs geen aanspraak meer
maken.
Les récompenses seront remises sur le podium immédiatement après chaque finale.
Les lauréats qui ne seront pas présents sur le podium, ne pourront plus réclamer leur prix.
The prices will be handed out on the victory platform immediately after each final.
The laureates who are not present on the victory stand, cannot claim their prices afterwards.

sera récompensé avec un prix de 25 €.
Furtermore, the best Final result by age (boys & girls) during the 2 competition days, will be
rewarded with 25 €.
Speciale prijs / Prix spécial / Special awards
“Schaal van de Stad Genk”:
De Club die de meeste 1ste plaatsen behaalt (finales hoofdwedstrijden & jeugdwedstrijden), mag de
Schaal van de Stad Genk en een geldprijs van 250 € in ontvangst nemen.
In geval van gelijkheid van het aantal punten, wordt het hoogst aantal 2de plaatsen eveneens in
aanmerking genomen; bij verdere gelijkheid het aantal 3de plaatsen, enz.
Le Club qui gagne la plupart des 1ières places (finales & compétitions des jeunes), reçoit l’ insigne
d’ honneur de la ville de Genk, ainsi qu’un prix de 250 €.
En cas d’ égalité des points, on tiendra compte du nombre de 2ièmes places, de 3ièmes places, etc.
The team that wins most of the 1st places (finals & youth competition), will receive the honorary
sign of the city of Genk, as well as a prize of 250 €.
In case of equality, the number of 2nd places, 3rd places, etc. will be taken into account.
