Glyce Technologies is a new French
Start-up financed by a major Venture
Capital Firm. We are now looking for
potential candidates for the position of
Chief
Technology
Officer.
The
technology of Glyce is based on
Polymer Hybrid Protein with amino
acids in order to enhance polyesters
performances.
This new start up will be based in France. However a technical team is already in place in
US. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in Polymers, the ideal candidate must show
high skills and results with:








Expertise in leading technology teams in delivering outstanding business results,
including commercializing new technology
Experience on successful Business Leadership Teams
Expertise in polymer development and manufacturing, with an understanding of how
polymer properties relate to market applications
Understanding of polymer process technology, ideally within the polyester industry
Understanding of chemical process technology with knowledge of amino acid
chemistry desirable
Experience leading development and implementation of technology and intellectual
property strategies
Advanced degree in polymer science or organic chemistry highly desirable
Positive attitude and spirit of start up or willing to change for a professional adventure
English is the language of the company and you are able to work, communicate and
supervise teams in this language. A second language such as French, German….is a plus

Glyce Technologies est une nouvelle start up implantée en France et financée par une des
principales Société de Capital de risque internationale.
Nous cherchons à combler à très court terme la position de Chief Technology Officer. Glyce
Technologies a sécurisé son financement pour développer de nouveaux polymères de
hautes performances issus de la synthèse de nouveaux monomères à base d’acides
aminés.
Cette nouvelle start-up basée en France possède une filiale nommée Glyce Inc aux USA
avec une équipe technique déjà en place. Le candidat recherché devra impérativement
maîtriser l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral et une deuxième langue européenne (français
,allemand…..). With a minimum of 10 years of experience in Polymers, the ideal candidate
