RECHERCHE DE BUTADIENE / 1,3-BUTADIENE
Le Laboratoire de chimie analytique de SERCOVAM propose aux acteurs de l’emballage, de
l’automobile et des produits de grande consommation la recherche de 1,3-butadiène présent dans
les matériaux plastiques.
Cette analyse, réalisée par chromatographie en phase gazeuse couplée à une spectrométrie de
masse, est préconisée, parmi la recherche d’autres substances, dans les normes et les cahiers
des charges automobiles suivants:
- NFEN 13130-4 ou DINEN 13130-4 (NFEN13130-4 ou DINEN13130-4): Matériaux et objets en
contact avec les denrées alimentaires - Substances dans les matières plastiques soumises à des
limitations - Partie 4 : détermination du 1,3-butadiène dans les matières plastiques (migration
spécifique réalisée pour les marchés de l’emballage et des produits de grande consommation),
- DBL 5404 : Pièces à partir de thermoplastiques pour des zones directement ou indirectement en
contact avec l’habitable, le circuit de refroidissement du moteur, la prise d’air, le chauffage et la
ventilation…,
- DBL 8585
- RENAULT 00-10-050 : Substances à usages interdits ou soumis à restrictions – Listes et
modalités des déclarations,
- liste GADSL (Global Automotive Declarable Substance List) commune aux cahiers des charges :
oGM W3059 : Restricted and reportable substances for parts,
oVOLKSWAGEN 91101 : Vehicle parts, materials, operating fluids- Avoidance of hazardous
substances,
oVOLVO STD100-0005 : Chemical substances which must not be present in products within the
Volvo Group,
oDBL8585 : General Requirements- Environmental protection, hazardous substances,
dangerous goods - Negative substance list for the selection of materials.

BUTADIENE / 1,3-BUTADIENE
The Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry SERCOVAM performs research of 1,3-butadiene for the
packaging, automotive and consumer goods industries present in plastic materials.
This analysis, carried out by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry, is
recommended, among other substances, in the standards and specifications for automotive
industry :
- NFEN 13130-4 or DINEN 13130-4 (NFEN13130-4 or DINEN13130-4): Materials and articles in
contact with foodstuffs — Plastics substances
subject to limitation — Part 4: Determination of 1,3-butadiene in plastics (performed for specific
migration for packaging and consumer goods industries),
- DBL 5404: Parts from Thermoplastics for areas directly or indirectly in contact with the
passenger, the cooling of the engine intake air, heating and ventilation ...
- RENAULT 00-10-050: Prohibited or restricted Substances. Materials to use banned or restricted List and declaration modes
- List GADSL (Global Automotive Declarable Substance List) common to the specifications :
