New BASTUCK sport exhaust system
for Renault Clio III RS
Improvement in performance by 4 KW and 6 Nm*
Available as complete system behind catalytic converter
(with EG-homologation)

converter and a tube replacing the front silencer (each
without TÜV-approval)
A new sport exhaust system for the Renault Clio III RS is now in
our product range. The Renault compact car with its unique and
distinctive design is visually enhanced by this BASTUCK exhaust
system and „delivers“ by returning an improvement in performance
in power by 4 KW and 6 Nm*.
As a complete system, the latest system in our BASTUCK product range consists
of an adapter, a front silencer and a rear silencer. The latter is available without
tail pipes („Double“, 54 mm) and can be mounted on all Clio III RS models.
Furthermore, we supply a tail pipe set (2 x 63 mm, cut 45°) which is put on the
„Double“ rear silencer.
NOTE - Both this version and the tail pipe version „Double E“ (single tail pipe LH
+ RH, endrolled, cut 20°) do NOT fit the Facelift models. All rear silencers may be
installed alone but also in this case, only the rear silencer without tail pipes may be
mounted on the Facelift model. On all the other models, the rear silencer „Double“
with the tail pipe set or the rear silencer „Double E“ can be mounted.
Optionally, a tubular manifold is available for the Clio III RS as well as a front
silencer by-pass pipe and a by-pass pipe to replace the catalytic converter (each
without TÜV-approval).
NOTE - if the tubular manifold is to be mounted alone,the link pipe to the original
catalytic converter needs to be cut accordingly. Alternatively, the by-pass pipe to
replace the catalytic converter may be used, but likewise, it will need to be cut to
the appropriate length.

In addition to the sport exhaust system for the street version of the Renault Clio III RS, we have
developed a special system for all Cup models („Cup“ and „Cup Phase 2“) with an optimized performance
compared to the standard Cup system. Our BASTUCK system has been approved by the DMSB and the
FIA. It is drivable in Group A and N.
The complete motorsports system consists of a front link pipe, a central link pipe and a sport rear silencer
including a special HJS 100-cell motorsports catalytic converter of the latest generation. This system can
be only mounted complete and weighs just 10.15 kg (rear silencer, catalytic converter and link pipes).
Optionally, to optimize power, a BASTUCK tubular manifold may be installed (without the front catalytic
converter), but NOTE - in order to do so, the front link pipe needs to be cut appropriately.

Hinweis:
Die Endschalldämpfer können auch alleine montiert werden. Bei Faceliftmodellen kann nur der Endschalldämpfer REC3/RS-F/Q54 ohne Endrohre
verwendet werden. Für alle anderen Modelle, kann auch der Endschalldämpfer REC3/RS-F/Q54 in Verbindung mit dem Endrohrsatz REC3/RSTP63, sowie der Endschalldämpfer REC3/RS-Q76E verwendet werden.
Zur Montage des Fächerkrümmers ist das Verbindungsrohr am original
Katalysator entsprechend zu kürzen. Alternativ kann auch das KATErsatzrohr verwendet werden. Dieses muss ebenfalls auf die entsprechende
Länge gekürzt werden.
Remarque:
Les silencieux arrières peuvent être montés seul. Sur les modèles Facelift
il est uniquement possible de monter le silencieux arrière REC3/RS-F/Q54
sans tubes de sortie. Sur tous les autres modèles il est possible de monter
le silencieux arrière REC3/RS-F/Q54 avec l‘ensemble de tubes de sortie
REC3/RS-TP63, ainsi que le silencieux arrière REC3/RS-Q76E.
Double
Pour monter le tuyau en éventail il est nécessaire de raccourcir le tube
du catalyseur original. Alternativement il est possible de monter le tuyau
de remplacement pour catalyseur qui est à raccourcir également.
Attention:
The rear silencers can be mounted alone. On Facelift models it‘s only
possible to mount the rear silencer REC3/RS-F/Q54 without tailpipes. On
all other models the rear silencer REC3/RS-F/Q54 can be mounted with
the tube kit REC3/RS-TP63, as well as the rear silencer REC3/RS-Q76E.
