Nomination for Election as Director of the Anson General Hospital

If interested in becoming a Member of the Anson General Hospital Board of Directors, please

complete a Nomination Form and return it prior to 12:00 p.m. on April 29 , 2016. Nomination
forms can be picked up/dropped off at Anson General Hospital reception or can be requested by
email [email protected].
Candidates must be at least 18 years or older and not considered an excluded person or ex-officio
director as set out in the hospital by-laws. The Nomination Committee will recommend an individual
to the Board for election to the Board of Directors, and the successful candidate will be notified
within two weeks of the submission deadline.
