Communications de l’AFSNB sur la plateforme d’iTacit
NBANH will provide 3 types of communication to the nursing home management team:
L’AFSNB fournira 3 outils de communication à l’administration des foyers de soins :
1. Forum Boards – located in your “My Messages” tool
Forum – situé dans l’outil « Mes messages »
2. Newsletters and other NBANH Communications – accessible through “News”
Bulletins et d’autres communications de l’AFSNB – accessible à travers « Actualités »
3. Access to Files – found in “My Training”
Accès aux fichiers – situé dans « Ma formation »
Forum;
1. Each board will take the form of a message thread, focusing on a specific
subject. The first message will be sent to all those concerned, giving them the
opportunity to participate and alerting them to any new posts (replies) by email.*
Chaque forum apparaitra sous forme d’un fil de messages, portant sur un sujet
spécifique. Le premier message du fil sera envoyé à tous les concernés, leur
donnant la chance de participer et les avisant de nouveaux posts (réponses).*
*You will be able to deactivate e-mail notifications, but this will apply to all
messages.
*Vous pourrez désactiver les notifications par courriel, mais cela s’appliquera à
tous vos messages.
2. Posters will have two ways to reply: Reply to all is effectively the same as
creating a new “post” on the thread, this will be visible to everyone, with
everyone being alerted by e-mail.
Les participants pourront répondre de deux manières : Répondre à tous crée
effectivement un nouveau post sur le fil, qui sera visible à tous. Tout le monde
sera notifié du nouveau post aussi.
3. Posters will also be able to Reply to (x user), creating a private sub-thread within
the main thread. The message will only be visible to the user replied to.
Les participants pourront aussi cliquer sur Répondre à (utilisateur), ce qui crée un
sous-fil privé dans le fil principal. Le message ne sera visible qu’au destinataire, et
seul le destinataire sera notifié.
4. A search function will be available to quickly filter through the thread’s
messages.
Un moteur de recherche sera disponible pour trier rapidement les messages du
fil.
News / Actualités;
1. News articles can be accessed through your News tool beneath the Banner.
Selecting a News Article will bring you to the News Categories, where you can
select articles relevant to NBANH and the sector.
Vous pourrez accéder aux articles avec l’outil Actualités, sous la bannière. En
sélectionnant un article, vous procéderez aux Catégories d’actualités, où vous
pouvez sélectionner des articles pertinents à l’AFSNB et au secteur.
2. NBANH will be displaying important news and information through the banner
on all users’ homepages. Newsletters will also be posted to iTacit.
L’AFSNB affichera des actualités et de l’information importante sur la bannière
dans l’accueil de tous les utilisateurs. Les bulletins seront affichés sur iTacit aussi.
Access to Files / Accès aux fichiers
1. NBANH files will be accessible in the Training Catalogue. Contrary to their
location, for NBANH iCourses will simply serve as a way to group links to files
available to nursing home administration.
Les fichiers de l’AFSNB seront accessibles en cliquant sur Catalogue de
formation. Contrairement à leur emplacement sur le site, pour l’AFSNB les iCours
serviront simplement de moyen de rassembler des liens vers les fichiers
disponibles à l’administration des foyers de soins.
2. Files will be grouped into familiar categories, similarly to the NBANH website.
Les fichiers seront regroupés dans des catégories familières, correspondant au
site web de l’AFSNB.
