Commande de billets pour / Tickets order for: GALA 2015

Bonjour!
Afin d’assurer le succès du Gala 2015, nous faisons la vente de billets pour nos spectacles. Veuillez noter que cette demande est
toujours dans le but de financer le spectacle et le Club pour ses activités, au même titre que les autres campagnes de financement
réalisées au cours de l’année. Comme déjà mentionné, dû à l`espace limité dans le gymnase, nous devons limiter à 3 le nombre de
billets par enfant. Le Gala cette année sera composé de 6 représentations soit, trois le samedi 30 mai et trois le dimanche 31 mai,
présentant les gymnastes des secteurs compétitif, précompétitif, récréatif et préscolaire. Chaque billet est valide pour une seule
représentation. Il est important de vous assurer de bien connaître la représentation du spectacle pour laquelle votre enfant doit
participer. (Voir au verso pour les détails des représentations).
Veuillez S.V.P. compléter le formulaire de commande ci-joint et le retourner accompagné d’un chèque au nom de Club Gymslic SaintLaurent Inc. dans une enveloppe au plus tard pour le dimanche, 10 mai 2015. Veuillez déposer le tout dans la nouvelle boîte de
dépôt noire du Club Gymslic située à droite de la porte d’entrée de notre gymnase. Les billets seront par la suite remis aux gymnastes
durant les cours de la semaine suivante. Si des billets supplémentaires sont disponibles suite à la vente, il vous sera alors possible de
vous en procurer lors des dates et heures suivantes :
Samedi, 23 mai 2015 : de 12h30 à 15h45 et Dimanche, 24 mai 2015 : de 13h15 à 15h45

* Note : Si vous donnez votre nom pour être bénévole pour le Gala, vous n’avez pas à faire l’achat d’un billet. Seules les personnes
assignées comme bénévoles pour le Gala auront cette possibilité.

Hi!
To ensure the 2015 Gala is a success, we are selling tickets for the shows. The purpose of this is to help finance the show and the other
activities of the club, as well as other fundraising campaigns conducted during the year. As already mentioned, due to the limited
space in the gymnasium we do have to limit at 3 the number of tickets per child. The Gala this year will be composed of 6 exhibitions
divided in 2 days (May 30 and 31) and will showcase the performances of the competitive, pre-competitive, recreational and preschool
sectors. Each ticket is valid for one show only. Please be sure to know the presentation of the show for which your child must
participate. (See back page for details of representations)
Please complete the joined order form and return it with a check payable to the order of Club Gymslic Saint-Laurent Inc. In an
envelope no later than Sunday, May 10th, 2015. Please deposit your envelope in the new Gymslic black drop box situated at the
right of the entrance door of the gymnasium. Tickets will be given to gymnasts during their classes the following week. If tickets are
available following the sales, you will then be able to purchase some more during these two periods:
Saturday, May 23rd, 2015: 12:30 - 3:45 pm and
Sunday, May 24th, 2015: 13:15 – 3:45 pm
