Description
3 gîtes built in little hamlet at heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature park. At the crossroads of hiking trails overlooking the Beaume and
Drobie Gorges, facing the Tanargue and Serre de Barre. An extraordinary land of sandstone, granite and chestnut trees with architecture to
match. 3rd gîte, Les Châtaigniers: living room, fitted kitchen area, bedroom (double bed), small lounge area, bathroom, WC. Electric heating.
Large, enclosed east-facing terrace (45 sq.m.), shaded by chestnut grove. Cot on request. Tourist tax included in rent.
Getting to the gîte
Depuis Joyeuse > direction Valgorge. A 3 km environ, > direct. Ribes à gauche après un pont. Monter et après una salle polyvalente en pierre
et un camping sur votre gauche et des logements collectifs sur votre droite, arrivée à un carrefour. Prendre direction St André Lachamp et le
panneau vert Côquou, ferme du Grandval... encore 3 km de montée sur la même route étroite en laissant la ferme dans un virage et quelques
maisons... encore des virages et des gîtes et arrivée au col sur un replat avec le panneau Côquou et Gîtes de France. Monter tout droit devant
ma maison et continuer 50m sur la terre pour arriver sur la plateforme pour stationner.

Services charges : Cost of heating, electricity, firewood is not included in the rent unless this is specifically stated in property details. 8 kWh
electricity/day are always included in the rent: cost of consumption over and above this must be paid to owner (meter read on arrival and
departure).
Exceeding capacity of property : The capacity of the property must not be exceeded (including children over 2). If their prior agreement
has not been secured, owners can refuse additional people; owners may accept them in return for an extra payment.
Tenant responsible for cleaning : Cleaning is the tenants’ responsibility during and at the end of their stay; the property must be left in a
clean and proper condition. If this is not the case a charge may be made for cleaning. Equally, tenants can insist on further cleaning on arrival if
they consider that the property is not sufficiently clean.
