Description
Stay in this peaceful gîte and explore the lovely little villages of the Ardèche. 2 level gîte, adjoining other Gîtes de France properties, on banks
of the river Ardèche. Unfenced garden, terrace. 2nd gîte: living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, single bed), shower room, WC. Cot
on request. Central heating. Not far from minor road. Bike shed available. Boules pitch.
Getting to the gîte
Depuis Aubenas, prendre la D104 > Les Gorges de L'Ardèche puis la D579. traverser St Sernin, après une ligne droite de 800m, chemin à
gauche panneau "les Granges" avant l'entrée nord de Vogüe. Depuis Montélimar, suivre la N102 en direction de Lavilledieu. 500m avant ce
village, un rond point. Prendre la D103 jusqu'à Vogüe, au rond point à droite, puis au suivant tout droit direction Aubenas. Après avoir traversé
le pont sur l'Ardèche, prendre la 3ème route à droite au panneau "Les Granges".

Exceeding capacity of property :
The capacity of the property must not be exceeded (including children over 2). If their prior agreement has not been secured, owners can
refuse additional people; owners may accept them in return for an extra payment.
Tenant responsible for cleaning :
Cleaning is the tenants’ responsibility during and at the end of their stay; the property must be left in a clean and proper condition. If this is not
the case a charge may be made for cleaning. Equally, tenants can insist on further cleaning on arrival if they consider that the property is not
sufficiently clean.
