Dear Mr. Kaluzny:
Please accept this letter as a follow up to my prior letter of May 26th. The Township
Committee further discussed this matter at its meeting on June 13, 2011. It is the Township’s
understanding that you will commence work on the paving of the River’s Edge development
on July 5, 2011.
If that does not occur, I was instructed to prepare a Resolution to call your bond for
consideration and action at the Township Committee’s next meeting on July 11th. In
addition, please provide a timeline to Richard Schwab or Dave Denton in order to advise
with regard to your completion of the paving.
