be able to meet:

local figure and scriptwriter (Estran
award in 2003), who has been the
object of a growing success for
several years in the world of comic
books.

YOUNG AUDIENCE
made in breizh!
Three programms especially set for our little viewers will be showed
today: Pour les Pitchounes (starting from 3 years old), Des Contes et
des Couleurs (from 8 years old), Mines de rien (from 13 years old). The
Young Audience selection will take you to a true journey inside the
realities of our world, but also inside of our imagination.
Made in Breizh presents, this year again, a look
upon regional production, with a selection of
films produced and directed in Britanny thanks
to the support of FACCA-BRETAGNE (audiovisual
creation contributor).
Two workshops will be present for our young cinema lovers for
them to discover the backyard of animation. This morning with À
la découverte de Pinchaque, animated by Caroline Attia-Larivière,
director of Pinchaque le Tapir Colombien (the Colombian anteater). In
the afternoon, the workshop Les Enfants de Dialogue will be animated
by Géraldine Alibeu, director of Les Morceaux d’Amour.
Finally, le prix famille (family award) will award one of Des Contes
et des Couleurs’ films. The audience will be the jury, assisted by
professionals of cinema.
Concocted by the festival and the Cinémathèque
de Bretagne, Made in Breizh is a varied program
where humor and drama, fiction and animation
meet. Here is to satisfy your curiosity and prove
that Britanny is a talented and imaginative
region.

> From Wednesday to Friday, from 12pm to 2pm
and from 7pm to 8pm at La Méridiennenne
FILM MARKET
The Film Market is the festival’s key place for all
professionals. Its screening area provides each
participant with a special reception facility and a
selection of films. It puts the focus on those highly
artistic short-films which unfortunately could not
be included on the festival’s official program. It is
such a useful tool for the buyers, distributors and
other schedulers of different French and European
festivals.

making the films available for the deaf and
