FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The electronics contained in this watch are warranted for two (5) years from the date of purchase by TimeLine
Brands to be free from defect in materials and/or workmanship. TimeLine Brands’s obligation under this
warranty is limited to, at its option, replacing or repairing the electronics. Defects to any watch which has been
improperly repaired or altered, has had batteries improperly replaced or which has been subject to misuse,
negligence or accident are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover the batteries, casing
band or crystal.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs within the 5 year warranty period, wrap your watch carefully in a
sturdy box and include original proof of purchase or a copy of it. Also include a brief note describing the
problem and indicate your name and address. Enclose a check or money order for $7.95 payable to TimeLine
Brands. This charge is for handling and return postage via Canada Post or U.S. mail.

No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages. All implied warranties, including
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of the
warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.

Si un dommage couvert par la présente garantie a lieu pendant la période de Cinq ans de garantie,
emballezsoigneusement la montre dans une boite solide et y joindre la prevue d’achat ou une copie de celleci. Ajouter également une bréve note explicative décrivante le problem, vos nom et adresse. Joignez un ou un
mandant de 7.95 $ à l’ordre de TimeLine Brands pour ciouvir les frais de manutention et de courier Postes
Canada ou des États-Unis Courrier
