QUESTION
In 5.9.2.2.2.9 it is stated :
"With the brake manually released and the car loaded within the limits of (q – 0,1) Q and (q +0,1) Q:
Where
q is the balance factor indicating the amount of counterbalance of the rated load by the counterweight, and
Q is the rated load,
it shall be possible to move the car to an adjacent floor by:
a) either natural movement due to gravity; or
b) manual operation consisting of:
1) mechanical means, present on site, or
2) electrical means, powered by supply independent from the mains, present on site."
This seems to suggest that if the car were empty or loaded with 100 % then the car need not move, either by
gravity or other means.
Since this is obviously not the case can it be clarified as to what "within the limits of" really means?
INTERPRETATION
"Within the limits of" must be understood as being the following:
With the car loaded from:
0 % of rated load to (q - 0,1) Q and from (q + 0,1) Q to 100 % of rated load, it shall be possible to move the car
to an adjacent floor by: ….
This will also need to be understood in a similar manner for the verification in 6.3.1.c).

QUESTION
Il est mentionné dans le 5.9.2.2.2.9 :
"Avec le frein débloqué manuellement et la cabine avec une charge dans les limites de (q-0,1) Q à (q+0,1) Q :
où
q est le coefficient d’équilibrage correspondant à la part d'équilibrage de la charge nominale par le
contrepoids ; et
Q est la charge nominale ;
il doit être possible de déplacer la cabine vers l’étage le plus proche :
a) soit par mouvement naturel dû à la gravité ;
b) soit par manœuvre manuelle :
1) de moyens mécaniques, présents sur site, ou
2) de moyens électriques, alimentés par une source indépendante du réseau et présents sur le site."
Ceci semble suggérer que si la cabine est vide ou chargée à 100 %, alors elle ne peut se mouvoir soit par
gravité, soit par d'autres moyens.
Puisque qu emanifestement cela n'est pas le cas, peut-il étre précisé la signification de "dans les limites de" ?
INTERPRETATION
"Dans les limites de" doit être compris comme suit :
cabine chargée de :
0 % de la charge nominale à (q - 0,1) Q et de (q + 0,1) Q à 100 % de l acharge nominale, il doit être possible
de déplacer celle-ci vers le palier le plus proche: ….
Ceci doit également être compris de même manière pour la vérification en 6.3.1.c).

In 5.9.2.2.2.9 steht:
"Bei einer von Hand gelüfteten Bremse muss es möglich sein, einen innerhalb der Grenzen von (q – 0,1) Q und
(q + 0,1) Q beladenen Fahrkorb
a) durch Schwerkraft oder
b) über Handbetätigung durch:
1) mechanische Hilfsmittel, die sich an der Anlage befinden, oder
2) elektrische Hilfsmittel, die von einer von der Hauptstromversorgung unabhängigen
Stromversorgung gespeist werden und sich an der Anlage befinden,
in das nächstliegende Geschoss zu bewegen."
Diese Anforderung würde bedeuten, dass der leere oder mit 100 % beladene Fahrkorb sich nicht zu bewegen
braucht, weder durch Schwerkraft noch durch andere Mittel.
Da dies offensichtlich nicht gemeint sein kann, kann geklärt werden, was mit 'innerhalb der Grenzen' wirklich
gemeint ist?
AUSLEGUNG
"Innerhalb der Grenzen" muss wie folgt verstanden werden:
Mit einer Beladung im Fahrkorb von:
0 % der Nennlast bis (q - 0,1) Q und von (q + 0,1) Q bis 100 % der Nennlast muss es möglich sein, den
Fahrkorb in eine naheliegende Haltestelle zu bewegen mit: ….
Dies muss in gleicher Weise auch für die Prüfung nach 6.3.1.c) verstanden werden.
