REMIT Reporting Service launched
Leipzig, 12 October 2015 – The European Energy Exchange (EEX) has started the
REMIT data reporting service. Being officially approved as Registered Reporting
Mechanism, the service covers the provision of trading data for the organised market
places EEX, Gaspoint Nordic and Powernext.
Almost 250 trading members have already subscribed to the new reporting services,
with more than 150,000 data sets having been reported to the Agency for the
Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). The transfer of data includes all trades
concluded or entered via the trade registration function, as well as orders.
Furthermore, EEX supports connectivity to third party RRMs such as RegisTR,
Trayport and EFETnet, which provides market participants with even more flexibility in
delegating their reporting requirements.

The launch was supported by Seven2one Informationssysteme GmbH which provides
the technical application for the compliance services at EEX Group.
From 7 October 2015, all market participants active in wholesale trading on organised
market places have to report the respective trading data. The data is used by ACER for
monitoring the energy wholesale markets with regard to market manipulation and
insider trading.

REMIT-Datenmeldeservice gestartet
Leipzig, 12. Oktober 2015 – Die European Energy Exchange (EEX) hat den REMIT
Daten Reporting-Service gestartet. In ihrer Funktion als „Registered Reporting
Mechanism“ (RRM) bietet die EEX die Meldung von Handelsdaten für die organisierten
Märkte der EEX, Gaspoint Nordic und Powernext an.
Knapp 250 Handelsteilnehmer haben sich bereits für den Datenmeldeservice
angemeldet. Es wurden mehr als 150.000 Datensätze an die Agentur für die
Zusammenarbeit der Energieregulierungsbehörden (ACER) übermittelt. Die Datenübertragung umfasst alle geschlossenen oder über die Trade RegistrationFunktionalität eingegebenen Transaktionen sowie Orders. Des Weiteren unterstützt die
EEX die Anbindung an externe RRM wie Regis-TR, Trayport und EFETnet, was den
Marktteilnehmern mehr Flexibilität bei der Delegierung ihrer Meldepflichten ermöglicht.
Dr. Tobias Paulun, Chief Strategy Officer der EEX-Gruppe, erklärt dazu: „Die
Umsetzung des Meldedienstes nach REMIT stellt eine immense Herausforderung für
den Markt dar. Unsere Dienstleistung unterstützt die Kunden dabei, diese Pflichten zu
erfüllen.“ Die Einführung des REMIT-Datenmeldedienstes wurde durch Seven2one
Informationssysteme GmbH unterstützt, die die technische Applikation für die
Compliance-Dienstleistungen der EEX-Gruppe bereitstellt.
Seit dem 7. Oktober 2015 müssen alle Marktteilnehmer, die Großhandelsgeschäfte an
organisierten Marktplätz tätigen, die Handelsdaten melden. ACER verwendet die
Daten,
um
den
Energiegroßhandel
im
Hinblick
auf
Marktmanipulation
und
Insiderhandel zu überwachen.

Lancement du service de reporting REMIT
Leipzig, le 12 octobre 2015 – European Energy Exchange (EEX) a lancé le service
de reporting REMIT. Officiellement agréé en tant qu’entité de transmission des
données (RRM – Registered Reporting Mechanisms), le service couvre la provision
des données de négociation sur les marchés organisés EEX, Gaspoint Nordic et
Powernext.
Environ 250 membres ont déjà souscrit au nouveau service de reporting, avec plus de
150 000 données envoyées à l’Agence de coopération des régulateurs de l'énergie
(ACER). Le transfert des données inclut toutes les transactions effectuées ou entrées
à travers la fonction d’enregistrement de transactions, ainsi que les ordres. De plus,
EEX permet la connexion à des sociétés RRM tierces, tels que RegisTR, Trayport et
EFETnet fournissant plus de flexibilité aux participants de marché qui délèguent leurs
obligations de reporting.

Le lancement a été soutenu par Seven2one Informationssysteme GmbH qui fournit
l’application technique aux services de compliance du groupe EEX.
Depuis le 7 octobre, tous les ordres et les transactions entrés sur un marché organisé
(Organised Market Place ou OMP) devront être transmis par les membres
négociateurs actifs. ACER utilise ces données pour surveiller les marchés de gros afin
d’éviter tous risques de manipulation de marché et délit d’initiés.
