The total number of persons occupying the unit cannot exceed the total number of beds of each unit
PRICES INCLUDE :
Accomodation / Resort fees + condominium = € 22 / account of electric consumption (€ 35 winter / € 14 summer)
per week and per apartment
Equipped apartment with kitchen (cooking patches, dish washer, Micro-wave, Freezer), TV/SAT,
water consumption and one parking place
Access / facilities residence : swimming-pool (From half- May to half-October ), Fitness, Ping-Pong,
air-conditioned meeting room with books at disposal, Internet access at the reception desk
Iron & ironing board, hair-dryer, vacuum cleaner…to be requested at the Reception.
PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDES :
Local tax : € 0,35 / per day + 13 years old (subjected to modification without notice)
Linen rental : (sheets, bath towels…) : € 8 / per pers in in totale
In each apartment Internet access / WIFI : € 6 / week illimited
Telephone consumption
Baby bed + baby seat rental : € 22 / stay
The apartments are available from 4 PM and must be left before 10 AM the day of
departure
€ 200 deposit is requested upon arrival and will be refunded on departure.
SPECIAL OFFERS :
10 % discount for 2 weeks consecutive stay on price accommodation
20% discount for 3 weeks consecutive stay on price accommodation
Small pets : € 25 / animal / stay - € 39 if 4 weeks and more
Final cleaning up (if appt not left clean) : € 30 / hour.
Refund of broken or missing items : cost price
