What is XTRM SYSTEMS®?
XTRM SYSTEMS® is a preventative fluid which previously installed through the valve
or the flank, allows the reduction of air loss from tires caused by punctures, porosity and
bead leaks. Perforations from 4 mm or 1/6 inch up to 8 mm or 1/3 inch (according to the
reference used) are immediately detected since XTRM SYSTEMS® is made with
mobile rubber particles, expanded and active of different sizes.
The formulation XTRM SYSTEMS® looks like a viscous cream of a dark grey colour
that remains homogeneous inside the tire while it turns, creating an uniform layer on the
tread area and/or flank and can be easily removed with water.
XTRM SYSTEMS® is made of very dynamic chemical components, corrosion and rust
inhibitors, bacteriacide, thermoconductive fluids and ethanediol ensuring the use of
XTRM SYSTEMS® at temperatures between - 40ºC (-160ºF) up to 110ºC (246ºF).
When sealing punctures and leaks, the expanded and active rubber particles detect and
concentrate spontaneously ant the perforation site. XTRM SYSTEMS® is noncorrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive, non toxic (excluding swallowing) neutral and
environmentally friendly.

How does XtrmsSystems ® Tire Protection™ work inside the tire?
1. XTRM SYSTEMS® remains viscous on the tire’s internal side because its
ingredients are combined to maintain the perfect blend of viscosity and fluidity
inside the tire while driving.
2. The permanent mobility of XTRM SYSTEMS® inside the tire detects and
corrects immediately any puncture, cut or air loss.
3. The rubber particles of XTRM SYSTEMS® agglutinate and vulcanize to “heal”
the “wounded” area similarly than human blood coagulation.
XTRM SYSTEMS® APPLICATIONS:
XTRM SYSTEMS® Tire Protection™ has multiple applications that fit the needs
of a wide range of industrial and professional pneumatic tires.
Our targeted markets are the following:
Civil Applications: 4Wheels, cars, mountain bikes, motorbikes, quads, etc.
Public Works Substitution tires: industrial tires, telescopic handler,
compactors, graders, loaders, etc.
Slow Moving Logistic Vehicles: off-road trucks, tractors, vans, armoured
vehicles, etc

XTRM SYSTEMS® and the competition:
ANTIPUNCTURE SPRAYS: aerosols used when the puncture occurs. Low cost
products made out of latex with poor effectiveness, the anti-puncture sprays
destroy seriously the internal tire structure, rims and metallic parts and can also
be explosive. Normally, after using the anti-puncture spray tires are definitely
damaged and the driver needs to use the spare tire anyhow.
ADVANTAGES OF XTRM SYSTEMS®: without latex, it doesn’t damage tires or
structures and rims remain protected. Tires can be eventually repaired by the
traditional methods.
SEALING PRODUCTS MADE FROM FIBERS: liquid products of different
colours (green, yellow, blue) containing fibers and ethylene glycol. These
products are all injected through the valve and contain short fibers of different
origins, only fitted for the tread area. When rolling, the fibers develop into balls
falling off the puncture. Costly, these products are normally imported.
ADVANTAGES OF XTRM SYSTEMS®: its formulation containing active
rubber, offers a high resistance to leaks and possesses a very rich and
homogeneous texture while rolling, thus long-lasting effectiveness and lower
cost.
RUNFLAT SYSTEMS: the very exclusive runflat mechanical systems like
Michelin’s Pax System or Hutchinson’s VFI include a reinforced elastomer built
in a specific rim, allowing in case of puncture or air loss, to drive runflat slowly
over the tread area. These systems are used in some limousines but also for
military use and vehicles 4WD, 6WD, 8WD.

ADVANTAGES OF XTRM SYSTEMS® the runflat systems are not the specificity
of our company. However, we have launched and commercialize our new
formulations since 2007 being compatible with the elastomers to be costly
effective with these systems, boosting tire life on military and security tires.
XTRM SYSTEMS® PRODUCTS: XTRM T3 & XTRM T6
These anti-punctures had a specific research to be totally compatible to the tire’s
elastomers, rims, run flat systems, competition tires and have the benefit to be non-toxic
& environment friendly.

XTRM® T3: specific for installation through the valve on tubeless and tube
tires. Made out of small and medium particles of active rubber, XTRM® T3 is
adapted to punctures and porosity up to 4 mm (1/6 inch) of diameter FOR THE
PROTECTION OF THE TREAD AREA.

XTRM® T6: specific for installation through the flank on tubeless tires. Made
out of medium and large particles of active rubber, XTRM® T6 is adapted to
punctures and porosity up to 8 mm (1/3 inch) of diameter FOR THE
PROTECTION OF THE TREAD AREA AND THE FLANKS.
