BINGO RULES AND REGULATIONS
RÈGLES ET RÈGLEMENTS DU BINGO
The charity organization HOPE Atlantic Inc follows the rules and
regulations of the Department of Public Safety Gaming Control
Branch of N-B. Our licence allows a total amount of $20,000 in
prizes per bingo event.
L’organisme de bienfaisance HOPE Atlantic Inc. se doit d’être
conforme aux directives du Ministère public Direction de la
réglementation des jeux du N-B. Notre licence nous permet un
montant total de 20,000$ en prix par soirée de bingo.
When possible, please use a land line as a telephone line, a cell
phone line does not always work and we can’t be responsible for
this problem.
Autant que possible, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser une
ligne de téléphone régulier puisqu’un téléphone cellulaire ne
fonctionne pas toujours bien et nous ne pouvons pas être tenus
responsables de ce problème.
We recommend that you play while listening to the radio only,
because there is a delay of transmission via internet and you
would risk having to share your winning with other players.
Nous vous recommandons de jouer les parties de bingo en
écoutant votre radio, car il peut y avoir un délai de transmission
via l’internet et vous risquez de partager votre prix de bingo.
When a winning cards is called in to verify, you will be ask two
important questions, the card number found in the middle or the
bottom right of the card and the serial number found at the center
in the top part of the card.
Quand une carte gagnante est appelée à vérifier, vous aurez deux
questions importantes à répondre, le numéro de la carte qui se
trouve au centre ou au bas à droite de la carte et le numéro de
série qui se trouve au centre en haut de la carte.
LUCKY BALL OF HOPE
LA BOULE CHANCEUSE DE HOPE
For each booklet sold, $2 will go towards the Lucky Ball of HOPE.
When the Lucky Ball reaches it maximum amount of $10,000, it
will go out automatically at our next bingo. If it is not won during
the bingo games, it will be added to the last game of the night,
the full card game for a total amount of 10,500 dollars.
Pour chaque livret vendu, 2$ sera alloué à la Boule Chanceuse
de HOPE. Lorsque la Boule Chanceuse atteint son montant
maximum de 10,000$, il sera donné automatiquement à notre
prochain bingo. S’il n’est pas gagné durant les parties de bingo, il
sera ajouté au prix de la dernière partie de la soirée, la partie
pleine carte pour un montant de 10,500 dollars.
Please Note: On the Bingo of the week where the Lucky Ball of
HOPE will be WON automatically, the Full Card Prize is LOCKED
in at $500.
SVP Noter: Au bingo de la semaine où la Boule Chanceuse de
HOPE sera GAGNÉE, le Prix de la Pleine Carte est verrouillé à
500$.
You have 16 seconds between numbers for calling your bingo in,
if not, the prizes will be shared with the other winners of the last
number called. The telephone number to reach us during the
bingo is 548-8851. You will find this number on all covers of
both booklet and earlier bird card.
For latecomer players to the bingo, we can’t recall the numbers
on the air or by telephone.
It is the bingo player’s responsibility to follow the bingo program
on the back of the booklet’s cover sheet and play the appropriate
game on the designated coloured card.
Bingo cards that are mutilated or altered may not be accepted
as winning card.
The use of an abusive language towards the HOPE Atlantic
personnel will not be tolerated.
We ask that players who claim prizes must be 16 years of age
or older, a proof of age could be ask if need be.
The bingo program, games, promotions and special events are
subject to change without notice, at the discretion of HOPE
Atlantic Inc.
Vous avez 16 secondes entre chaque numéro nommé pour nous
téléphoner votre bingo, sinon, le prix sera partagé entre les autres
gagnants du dernier numéro nommé. Le numéro de téléphone
pour nous rejoindre durant le bingo est le 548-8851. Ce numéro
est bien inscrit sur chaque couvert de livret et de mise-tôt.
Pour les joueurs en retard au début du bingo, nous ne pouvons
récapituler les numéros manqués en onde ou par téléphone.
C’est la responsabilité du joueur de suivre son programme sur
l’endos du couvert de son livret afin de jouer la bonne partie sur
la bonne couleur de carte.
Les cartes de bingo mutilées ou modifiées ne seront pas
acceptées comme cartes gagnantes.
L’utilisation d’un langage considéré offensant ne sera pas tolérée
envers le personnel du bingo.
Nous demandons que toute personne qui réclame un prix de
bingo soit âgée de 16 ans ou plus. Une preuve d’identité pourrait
être exigée au besoin.
Le programme, partie, promotion et événement spéciaux peuvent
être sujet à des changements sans préavis, selon la discrétion du
comité de bingo de HOPE Atlantic Inc.

a late winning call, for the availability of telephone lines, or for
any other issues out of our control.
Le comité de charité HOPE Atlantic n’est pas responsable des
retards d’appels pour des bingos gagnants, de la disponibilité
des lignes téléphoniques ou toutes autres raisons en dehors
de notre contrôle.
HOPE Atlantic Inc., is a volunteer, not-for-profit, event
management organization that raises funds for community-based
charities and has fun doing so. The net proceeds of the bingo
will go toward helping the selected charities.
HOPE est un organisme à but non lucratif qui amasse des fonds
pour des organismes de bienfaisance communautaires et nous
avons du plaisir à le faire. Tous les profits nets du bingo sont
dirigés vers les programmes de charité.
