PROGRAMME GRANDE ECOLE 3ème année (Master in Management) Learning Goals Programme Mission: The rationale behind the PGE programme is in line with the school mission and strategy , and aims at educating and training future managers, helping them to acquire the professional and personal skills, knowledge and competencies required to manage an organisation efficiently and to contribute therefore to the creation of economic value within the context of a global economy. GOALS OBJECTIVES GENERALIST IN MANAGEMENT The generalist in management has a global knowledge of all the functions in the firm. He/she understands how they interact with one another and with the external environment and how they contribute to creating value for the firm. JUNIOR EXPERT PGE1: The student acquires basic competencies in the various areas of management, preparing his/her future specialisation. PGE2: Based on the fundamentals of business already acquired, the student starts building competencies in line with his/her professional project. PGE3: The student acquires fundamental knowledge in the field of his/her chosen specialisation in order to start his/her career as a junior expert and be prepared to move on to managerial positions with more and more responsibilities and strategic focus. Il comprend leurs interactions entre elles et avec l'environnement externe ainsi que leur contribution à la création de valeur pour l'entreprise. En lien avec ses désirs d'orientation professionnelle, le Junior Specialist acquiert les compétences nécessaires à la fonction choisie. Il sait utiliser les TIC dans sa fonction et peut contribuer à la conception des systèmes d'information internes. MANAGER LEADER s, de convaincre et d'argumenter. Il sait aussi prendre en compte les contributions des teurs pour dégager une stratégie et l'adhésion de ses équipes.
