GENERAL TRADE SHOW REGULATIONS
Art. 1 Companies wishing to take part in Playtime are required to fill in the

be signed by a person who is a suitably qualified representative of the exhibiting
company. Any signed commitment is final.

Art. 6 The organizer shall not be held liable for loss of or damage to the exhi-
bited samples and materials, regardless of the cause.
Art. 2.1
The exhibitor shall provide the organizer with any information the
organizer may request so that it may knowledgeably assess the identity and
creative character of the exhibitor seeking admission.
Art. 7.1 The exhibitor undertakes to refrain from using microphones, recording devices or audio devices, regardless of the form or destination thereof, at
its stand.
Art. 2.2 The exhibitor hereby agrees to exhibit only new or recent collections.
Art. 7.2 The exhibitor is prohited from distributing, either directly or indirectly,
any samples, gadgets or flyers outside the stand area.
Art. 3.1 The surface area of the stands is defined by the organizer based on
available surface space. The exhibitor is expressly prohibited from:
- modifying the boundaries or outlines of the stand assigned to it or encroaching upon passageways or neighbouring stands.
- modifying, without the prior consent of the organizer, the standard items provided on each stand, such as signs and lighting.

Art. 3.2 Any damage or wear-and-tear caused by the exhibitor or any of its
employees to the premises, stands or material shall, following evaluation by
the organizer, be charged exclusively to the exhibitor.
Art. 3.3 The exhibitor may not remove any product, merchandise or ornament
used to decorate its stand prior to closing time.
Art. 3.4 In all cases, the exhibitor undertakes to present its stand in such a way

Art. 8 The exhibitor formally undertakes to respect the ownership of each of
the other exhibitors’ creations and, therefore, to refrain from making, either
directly or indirectly, any copies, sketches or photographs of the product exhibited. Any violation of this provision shall be punishable by the immediate
closure of the stand occupied by the exhibitor that is at fault, without the latter having a right to any reimbursement of any kind, and notwithstanding any
claim for damages that may be filed at a later date.

Art. 9.1 The organizer shall be entitled to publish a directory of exhibitors. The
information required for the compilation of said directory shall be provided by

Once an exhibitor has taken possession of its exhibition space, no
claims may be filed against the organisers, with respect to the location of the
space, its surface area or its size.
Art. 3.7
Art. 4 The organizer reserves the right to change the location of the exhibition
if the site originally planned on must be changed for any reason.
Art. 5.1 When returning its application form, the exhibitor shall submit a de-
posit, the amount of which is fixed by the organizer at 50% of the total amount
inclusive of VAT, with the understanding that, in case of cancellation, said deposit shall remain the property of the organizer.
Art. 5.2 In the event that the application is rejected by the organizer, the total
amount of said deposit shall be returned to the applicant immediately.
Art. 5.3 Aside from the deposit paid to the organizer at the time of application,
the balance of the registration fee shall be due by the the date indicated on the
present document.
Full payment f or the stand shall be owed to the organizer if the
exhibitor cancels its reservation less than 45 days prior to the opening of the
trade show.
The exhibitor may be included in all Playtime promotional activities
and agrees that the organiser may take photographs of the exhibitor’s booth,
for any promotional use by Playtime without compensation to the exhibitor. The
organization may use any material (logo, web and catalogue images) related to
the brand for promotional material and press releases during the entire season.
Art. 9.3 All Playtime participants agree to actively communicate their presence to all of their buyers and prospects.

Art. 10 Entry to the trade show grounds is restricted to persons displaying
an admission ticket aproved by the organizer, with the understanding that the
latter reserves the right to refuse admission to the trade show to any person
without needing to give reasons for same.
Art. 11 By signing the agreement to participate, the exhibitor accepts all of
these general regulations as well as new provisions that may be imposed by
circumstances and adopted in the interest of the exhibition by the organizers,
who reserve the right to inform exhibitors verbally of said new provisions.

Art. 13 Any disputes arising in connection with the performance of these general regulations shall be referred before the competent court in Tokyo.
