The Grand hotel du Roi René is rather expensive for staying overnight, so you might wish to
use the pre-booked hotels for the CIRCLE-MED conference located on the map.
The Hotel Booking Service at the Tourist office in Aix-en-Provence has pre-booked hotel
rooms in the town. This free service is made available to insure your hotel reservation.
As there is a high level of tourist activity in Aix-en-Provence, we strongly recommend that
you send back the hotel registration as soon as possible.
To benefit from preferential tariffs, the hotel registration form should be sent back
before the 19th of February 2011. After this date, no guarantee of availability or tariff can be
made.

EBM Dinner on the 23rd of March
For those who can join on the 23rd evening, the dinner will take place at 20:00 hrs in
the restaurant “L’amphitryon”. It is easy to find close to the main Cours Mirabeau in
the old centre.
Not that all the old city centre is easy to visit by foot, distances are small.
