- 80% of total amount deposit one month before arrival and balance payment at the
hotel at check-out with cash or credit card.

Cancellation policy
If an event is cancelled after confirmation, the following payment is due:
20 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of total amount
8 to 19 days before arrival: 80% of total amount
0 à 7 days before arrival 100% of total amount
Number of participants
We kindly ask you to inform us about the exact number of participants 48 hours before
arrival. Any changes that are not announced will be invoiced.
Price
Our prices are effective from January 2016 on (Nos prix sont valables dès janvier 2016
(subject to change). VAT is included in the prices.
If you eat in an external restaurant, we accord the following discounts:
