This is the prayer from seventh graders at Stuart Country Day School

This is the prayer from seventh graders at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred
Heart, Princeton, New Jersey in the United States. It flowed from our study of global
awareness. Students, parents and faculty translated our prayer into Hindi, French, Italian,
Chinese, German, Korean and Spanish.
Dear God,
We pray for India.
We thank you for the blessings of modern technology, and we pray that its blessings will touch
those in need.
Protect those who need safer work conditions.
Direct governments to satisfy people's needs.
Help us not to get so caught up in selfish little problems that we forget about brothers and
sisters who are less fortunate, who are without food and who are in need of your help.

Nous prions pour l’Inde.
Nous te remercions pour les avantages de la technologie et nous prions que ces avantages
feront du bien à ceux dans le besoin.
Protège ceux qui ont besoin des conditions de travail plus sûres.
Dirige le gouvernement à répondre aux besoins du peuple.
Aide-nous à ne pas nous concentrer autant sur nos petits problèmes futiles. Que l’on n’oublie
pas nos frères et nos sœurs qui ont moins que nous, qui n’ont pas de nourriture, et qui ont
besoin de ton aide.

Das die Regierung die menschlichen Bedürfnisse befriedigt.
Hilf uns, dass wir uns nicht zu sehr mit unseren eigenen Problemen beschäftigen und darüber
hinaus unsere Brüder und Schwestern vergessen, die weniger Glück haben und und ohne
Essen sind und unsere Hilfe benötigen.

inquietudes diarias de manera que nos olvidemos de los hermanos menos afortunados, a los
que les falte comida y que necesiten tu ayuda.
