Self check-in for passengers
The global implementation of E-Services has simplified
passenger check-in. Hold baggage check-in, however,
remains a major constraint for Passengers, Airlines and
Airports. ALSTEF has designed BAGXpress: an automatic
baggage drop off application. This self-service application meets the passenger’s expectations for easy and
fast baggage drop-off. To improve the passenger experience for baggage drop-off, ALSTEF offers a multi-option solution.

Assistance
A specific interface using a tablet allows communication
with the agent in charge of assistance to passengers.
If a request for assistance is activated from BAGXpress, the
agent will be immediately and automatically
notified on the tablet with visual and audio signals.
Thanks to the tablet, the agent can also control the mode
of the BAGXpress (auto or manual).
