Take your bicycle, it’s easy!
To ride safely,
you need only
respect a few
basic safety rules.
Take a bicycle whenever you want,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
1. Type in your ticket number
2. Identify yourself by means
of your personal code
3. Choose your bicycle on the menu
4. Unlock your chosen bicycle by pushing
on the button at the locking point
Return the bicycle later
1. Return your bicycle to any empty space
at any station*.
2. The green light and an audio signal
will confirm that the bicycle is properly
attached**
3. And it’s done! And if your ride lasts
under thirty minutes, it’s free.
*If by chance there are
no empty spaces at the
station, type in your ticket
number and you will be
given another 15 minutes
to go to a nearby station.
** Caution: a poorly
attached bicycle will
set off “VeloCité’s”
automatic deduction
from your bank account.
Before you take your bicycle,
some good advice is always helpful:
- Check that your bicycle is in good condition
- Set the seat level according to your height
- Think about using the proper equipment for riding
after-dark
- Wearing a helmet is recommended
- Do not carry any passengers
- Do not lend the bicycle to anyone
- And, in case of rain, be careful on slippery streets
Follow traffic safety rules
- Show respect for pedestrians: do not ride
on the pavement
- On the street, ride on the right
- Ride in single file
- Use arm signals to indicate your changes of direction
- Be attentive to others so as to anticipate
any incident

30 stations – one every 300 meters
in the heart of the city – to be
borrowed and then returned, in all simplicity.

Prices The first half hour is free !
After 25 minutes of use, the bicycle " rings "
to let you know that the end of the free period
is near. If you decide to keep the bicycle
more than thirty minutes the service cost
will be 1 € per hour.
The maximum is 4 € per 24 hours
(maximal length of use).
