DEPUIS
since, for
PRESENT tense:
To say something has been going on for an amount of time or since a
certain point in time.
Translates as «has been –ing» and deals with events that started in
the past and that are STILL CONTINUING.

Je joue au tennis depuis 4 ans.
Je suis en France depuis le 7 juillet.
