We will have a special collection for Christmas Baskets
December 9th, 2013 weekend.
Bishop Brodeur Assembly, Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus, is hosting a “Big Breakfast Fundraiser” for Holy
Trinity, St. Joseph and St. Matthew’s Mission trip in March 2014, on Sunday, December 8th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at
Blessed Sacrament hall. Breakfast will consist of: bacon, sausage, home fries, eggs, pancakes, toasts, coffee, orange juice
and baked beans. Cost: “Good Will Donation”.
Precious Blood Parish in Glen Walter will be hosting their next BINGO on Wednesday, December 18th,
2013 in the church hall starting at 7:00 pm. Added this year, we will have “EARLY BIRD GAMES”
starting at 6:20 pm. Tell your family and friends. Hope to see you there!

Come to Christmas The 50 voices of The Centennial Choir of Cornwall are prepared to help rekindle the hope, peace and
joy of this magical season with their popular Christmas Concerts. The performances will be Friday Dec. 13 th at 8pm and

all about the music: Nancy Beaudette Christmas Concert with special guest Roxanne Delage and other local celebrities!

Salesian Youth Center: Interesting activities including games, sports, cooking, crafts are organized by the Salesian
Sisters of St. John Bosco for youth (ages 8-16) every Friday nights from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Thirty young people have already
registered! New registrations are accepted throughout the year. The Centre is located at 300 Montreal Rd. (former Nativity

“Simply Singing” choir along with Gabrielle Campbell’s junior choir, “The Alexandria Youth Choir” will hold a Christmas
concert, on Saturday, December 14th at 2:00 pm at the Church on the Hill. It will also feature Noël Campbell at the cello.
Refreshments will be served. Free will offering.
Once again this year we will have a FOOD DRIVE in the parish, this is a friendly reminder… We will be invited
to drop off non-perishable food and/or money at the church. Please be generous!! The food will be distributed during
the Christmas season to people in our area.
