Réservation
Afin de réserver un appartement, vous êtes tenu de payer un paiement d’avance d’un
montant qui apparait dans le formulaire de réservation. Aucuns appartements ne peuvent
être détenus sans le paiement d’avance. Le solde est dû à l'arrivée et doivent être
payées dans l'une des méthodes de paiement mentionné dans la page de l'appartement.
Politique d’Annulation:
30 jours ou plus avant le check in:
Aucun frais d’annulation – paiement d’avance est intégralement remboursé.
29 jours ou moins avant l’arrivée:
Les frais d’annulation de 30% du somme total de la location (acompte + 15%).
7 jours ou moins avant l’arrivée:
Les frais d’annulation de 50% du somme total de la location (acompte + 35%).
AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT POUR LES DEPARTS ANTICIPES
TAX RATE
The state of Israel requires a 16% sales tax per stay (VAT); however this sales tax is waived to
foreign tourists coming to Israel. In order to avoid this sales tax you will need to provide us
with your non-Israeli passport information.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit is required by the landlord to insure the integrity of the apartment and
furniture. The deposit amount appears on the apartment's page. The deposit must be paid in
one of the payments methods mentioned in the apartment's page.
When you leave the apartment, the landlord will walk through. In case nothing is damaged
or missing, the security deposit will be refunded completely.

To ensure that all the apartments are cleaned and prepared for all guests:
Check-in is after 3PM, Check-out is by 12PM.
These hours apply to all reservations unless other hours are specified on the apartment's
page. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out please notify the landlord.
KEYS
A key greeter will meet you at the apartment upon arrival. The key greeter will escort you to
the apartment, help with your luggage and answer any questions you may have about the
apartment. In order to coordinate this, please provide the landlord with your arrival
schedule.
APARTMENT CONDUCT
Your apartment is a private, residential apartment. It is strictly against our policy and the
policy of the building owners for guests to create excessive noise or conduct any
professional business that produces noticeable traffic. If you are considering such activity
please check with us first in writing. There may be an acceptable way to help you accomplish
your goals. However, by ignoring these rules you will be asked to leave the apartment without a refund. It is not permissible to have more people sleep in the apartment than the
number of beds provided in each apartment.
