L’année 2011-2012 a marqué l’entrée du CRISES-HEC dans une nouvelle ère de recherche. Outre ses activités classiques de séminaire, d’accueil et de collaboration avec des professeurs et étudiants d’autres universités, le CRISES-HEC a cherché à donner une structure, et à davantage intégrer ses activités de recherche à ses activités de transferts auprès des organisations. Une première activité fut le séminaire d’échange du 23 mars qui a réuni 12 praticiens de l’économie sociale et solidaire (ESS), sept 4 professeurs de HEC Montréal, et cinq étudiants autour de la question suivantes: Quels sont les enjeux de gestion des entreprises et organisations d’économie sociale et solidaire, et quelle peut-être la contribution de HEC Montréal ? À la suite de cette journée, plusieurs initiatives visant à faire de HEC une interface avec les entreprises d’ÉSS sont en cours. Les chercheurs du CRISES HEC ont aussi travaillé en partenariat avec la bibliothèque en vue de créer des outils de recherche et de valorisation de sa collection sur les coopératives et l’économie sociale et solidaire, qui est la plus importante en Amérique du nord. En plus d’organiser un séminaire de co-construction sur le sujet en réunissant les chercheurs du regroupement stratégique, les membres de Crises HEC ont accompagné le personnel de la biblioth`que dans la construction de ces outils de recherche. Cette initiative a donné lieu à la mise en ligne d’un biblioguide sur l’innovation sociale et l’économie solidaire le 1er octore 2012. Ce biblioguide sera un outil privilégié pour la recherche et ce, tant pour les chercheurs que pour les étudiants. Il constituera également un vitrine importante à l’extrieur de HEC. Troisième point, cette démarche de structuration, d’intégration et de synthèse rejoint celle du CRISESInter. Celui-ci met actuellement en place une banque de données relationnelles constituée des 700 études de cas réalisées par les chercheurs du regroupement sur l’innovation sociale produites depuis plus de 15 ans. Cette banque de données permettra d’alimenter les travaux de recherche sur l’innovation sociale et de faire évoluer le projet de théorisation sur l’objet. Afin de s’assurer que cette base de données corresponde bien aux besoins des chercheurs du CRISES-HEC, celui-ci a organisé un atelier de travail le 5 septembre pour ses membres, et un focus groupe pour tous les membres du CRISES le 10 septembre. Enfin, dans le cadre de l’Année internationale des coopératives décrétée par l’Organisation des Nations Unies (ONU) en 2012 et en lien avec le 5 Sommet international sur les coopératives qui s’est tenu à Québec du 8 au 11 octobre 2012, CRISES-HEC a organisé le 5 octobre un séminaire sur le thème : Institutions financières coopératives et rapport à la communauté. 3. L'ÉQUIPE DU CRISES-HEC EN 2011-2012 Un nouveau professeur du CRISES-HEC est devenu membre associé du CRISES-Inter en 20112012. Il s’agit de Chantale Mailhot. Ceci porte le nombre de professeurs associés au CRISES HEC à 8, dont 3 membres réguliers du CRISES Interuniversitaire et 5 membres associés. Un professeur, Djahanchah (Sacha) Ghadiri est actif au CRISES-HEC. Sa candidature a été soumise au CRISES récemment. PRÉSENTATION DES MEMBRES Le CRISES-HEC est co-dirigé par Martine Vézina et Emmanuel Raufflet professeurs au service de l’enseignement du Management. Martine Vézina (Doctorat ESSEC) est professeure agrégée (Management) et coresponsable du CRISES HEC. Ses intérêts de recherche portent sur le management 6 stratégique des entreprises sociales et collectives (entreprises coopératives et d’économie sociale). Elle s’intéresse en particulier aux partenariats stratégiques entre entreprises collectives comme mode innovateur de régulation. Elle a reçu le prix Alma Lepage pour la rédaction d’un cas au féminin. Elle accompagne la réflexion stratégique d’organisations collectives (ex : Centraide) et intervient également dans les programmes de formation internationaux (Chine et Tunisie) destinés à de grandes entreprises collectives et d’État. Elle a été professeure invitée à l’université Pierre Mendès (Grenoble, France) ainsi qu’à l’IUP Charles-Gides (Mans, France). Après avoir occupé le poste de co-responsable de l’axe Innovation sociale, développement et territoire du groupe de recherche CRISES interuniversitaire, elle est aujourd’hui directrice adjointe du CRISES Interniversitaire. Elle est membre du comité de rédaction de la Revue canadienne des sciences administrative/Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences et de la Revue Économie et solidarités. Elle est également secrétaire de l’exécutif du CIRIEC-Canada. Martine Vézina consacre 100% de son temps sur des recherches liées aux problématiques du CRISES. Emmanuel Raufflet (Ph.D. McGill University), professeur agrégé, Management. Il a reçu le prix de pédagogie, professeur adjoint (ex-aequo) en 2006. Professeur Raufflet a aussi reçu à deux reprises le Prix The Emerson Award for Best case in Business Ethics at NACRA (2005 et 2007), the Best case Award at the Dark Side of Business Competition à l'Academy of Management (2006). Il a aussi co-édité avec Fred Bird et Joe Smucker (2004), International businesses and the dilemma of development, Case studies on global responsibilities and the practices of businesses in developing areas, publié par PalgraveMacMillan (London). Il a été professeur invité à ITESM (Mexico), ESSEC (France) à l'Université de Rennes 1, à l'Université de Toulouse 2, Bocconi (Milan) et à UPMF Grenoble. Il coordonne le DESS Gestion et Développement Durable de HEC Montréal. Il est l'auteur de plusieurs recherches de cas portant sur le développement durable dans les organisations. Il est également co-responsable de l’Axe Innovation sociale, développement et territoire du groupe de recherche CRISES interuniversitaire. Professeur Raufflet est aussi co-directeur du CRISES HEC Montréal où il consacre environ 25% de son temps de recherche. Marie-Claire Malo (MBA HEC Montréal et Doctorat 3e cycle ÉHÉSS de Paris) est professeure titulaire honoraire (Management), membre fondatrice du CRISES HEC et membre associée du CRISES interuniversitaire. Ses intérêts de recherche portent sur la stratégie, la gouvernance et la gestion des organisations du tiers secteur (associations, coopératives, fondations, mutuelles et autres entreprises collectives ou sociales). Elle s’intéresse en particulier aux tensions à l’œuvre dans ce champ en transformation, notamment autour des enjeux de l’évolution du cadre juridique, de la capitalisation et de la démocratie. Depuis de nombreuses années, elle accompagne des groupes d’étudiants de l’Institut d’Études Politiques (IEP) de Grenoble, dont plusieurs sont des acteurs de l’économie sociale, dans leur diagnostic stratégique d’associations sans but lucratif ou de coopératives. Marie-Claire Malo consacre 100% de son temps sur des recherches liées aux problématiques du CRISES. 7 Marlei Pozzebon (Ph.D. McGill University), est professeure agrégée (Affaires internationales). Ses intérêts de recherche sont: les aspects politiques et culturels de l'utilisation des technologies et ses implications pour le développement social. Quelques mots clés de sa recherche: innovation sociale, inclusion sociale, développement durable, mobilisation des citoyens, créativité citoyenne, négociations global-local. Elle a publié ses articles dans les revues comme Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Information Technology and People, Journal of Information Technology and Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Journal of Global Information technology Management et Canadian Journal of Regional Science, et autres. Elle est co-directrice du GRIDD. Elle consacre environ 20 % de son temps sur des recherches liées à la problématique du CRISES. Luciano Barin Cruz (double doctorat en science de gestion UFRGS/Lyon III), professeur adjoint au Service de l’enseignement du management. Détenteur d'un Doctorat ès Sciences de Gestion délivré par l'Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (France) et par l’Université Fédérale du Rio Grande do Sul (Brésil), il s'intéresse aux thématiques de la Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (RSE) et du Développement Durable (DD). Son expérience précédente est liée aux industries bancaires, de télécommunications ainsi qu’aux activités de consultation. Il est responsable des cours des RSE et DD dans les niveaux Baccalauréat, Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Spécialisées (DESS), MBA et Maitrise. Ses travaux de recherche apparaissent dans des revues comme Management Decision, Management International, M@n@gement, Business & Society, Journal of Business Ethics, Brazilian Business Review. Professeur Barin Cruz consacre environ 20 % de son temps sur des recherches liées à la problématique du CRISES. Jean-Pascal Gond (Ph.D. Université Toulouse I) est Professeur Visiteur à HEC Montréal où il enseigne et conduit ses recherches sur la Responsabilité Sociale de l’Entreprise (RSE) et en théorie des organisations après avoir été pendant 5 ans Lecturer à l’International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR) de Nottingham University (UK). Son doctorat a reçu trois prix et a été publié aux éditions Vuibert en 2010. Ses travaux portent sur la construction des métriques de développement durable, l’étude comparative internationale de la RSE, et l’influence de la RSE sur les employés. Ses recherches ont été publiés ou sont à paraître dans des revues telles que Organization Science, Organization Studies, Human Relations, Business and Society, Journal of Business Ethics, ou encore Business Ethics Quarterly. Il a publié en 2010 avec Jacques Igalens la seconde édition de l’ouvrage La Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (PUF, collection Que sais-je ?) et coédite la Revue de l’Organisation Responsable. Professeur Gond est aussi membre du Groupe de Recherche sur la Pratique de la Stratégie (GéPS, HEC Montréal). Il consacre environ 15 % de son temps sur des recherches liées à la problématique du CRISES. Taïeb Hafsi est professeur titulaire de la chaire Walter J. Somers de Management stratégie internationale à HEC Montréal. Ses recherches portent essentiellement sur la gestion stratégique des organisations complexes. Sur ces sujets il a écrit plus d’une centaine d’articles académiques ou professionnels et vingt-huit livres ou monographies, dont 8 plusieurs ont été primés. Il a fondé la revue académique trilingue Management international. Il est research fellow du groupe de réflexion Economic Research Forum, pour l’Afrique du Nord et le Moyen Orient. Il est membre de nombreuses associations académiques dont l’Academy of Management et l'Association des sciences administratives du Canada (ASAC). Il est aussi l’un des fondateurs de la Strategic Management Society et a contribué à celle de l’Association internationale de management stratégique. Il a réalisé des actions de consultation pour des entreprises et des gouvernements au Canada, aux ÉtatsUnis et dans quelques pays en développement d’Asie et d’Afrique. Avant de rejoindre HEC Montréal, M. Hafsi a été professeur à la faculté de management de l'université McGill et à l'École supérieure des sciences économiques et commerciales (ESSEC) de Paris. Il détient un diplôme d'ingénieur en génie chimique, une maîtrise en management de Sloan School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, ainsi qu'un doctorat de la Harvard Business School. Il consacre environ 10 % de son temps sur des recherches liées à la problématique du CRISES. 5.
