Extension of Deadline for Written Comments to May 17, 2010

On March 22, 2010 the Ontario Energy Board advised interested parties of a
consultation process on the issue of distribution revenue decoupling. In the letter, the
Board invited interested parties to file written comments on a consultant’s report entitled
Review of Distribution Revenue Decoupling Mechanisms (the “PEG Report”) by May 3,
2010.
The Electricity Distributors Association (EDA) has contacted the Board with a request
that the deadline for filing submissions be extended to May 17, 2010 in light of the
involvement of their members in other scheduled consultations and meetings over the
relevant period. According to the EDA, the extension would provide an opportunity to
more fully consult with their members on this important issue in order to provide a more
comprehensive submission.
The Board has decided to grant this request and will, for the benefit of all interested
parties, extend the deadline for filing comments on the PEG Report to May 17, 2010.
