CONCOURS Complice de vos économies Règlement officiel 1. DURÉE DU CONCOURS Le concours « Complice de vos économies » se déroule du 28 janvier au 24 février 2010, à la fermeture des magasins participants. 2. COMMENT PARTICIPER AU CONCOURS • Inscrire ses coordonnées en majuscules (nom, adresse et numéro de téléphone) sur un coupon de caisse des magasins Marché Richelieu participants; et • Déposer l’inscription dans la boîte spécialement identifiée en magasin. Aucun achat n’est requis. Pour participer sans faire d’achat, il suffit de demander un bulletin de participation à un marchand participant. Limite d’un bulletin par personne par jour. 3. PRIX À GAGNER Grand prix Un prix de 1 000 $ en chèques-cadeaux Marché Richelieu. Un seul prix sera attribué à la fin de la période promotionnelle parmi tous les coupons de caisse complétés et reçus dans les magasins Marché Richelieu participants. Valeur totale de 1000 $. Prix en magasin Le montant d’épicerie identifié sur le coupon de caisse sélectionné au hasard, jusqu’à concurrence de 100 $, sera remboursé en chèques-cadeaux Marché Richelieu à la personne dont les coordonnées seront inscrites au verso du reçu. Un reçu par semaine par magasin participant sera sélectionné au hasard pour un total de quatre personnes gagnantes par magasin pour la durée du concours. 100 magasins participants au Québec et en Ontario pour un total de 400 personnes gagnantes. Valeur maximale des prix : 40 000 $. Pour les participations sans achat, un montant de 10 $ sera remis à la personne gagnante. 4. TIRAGES Grand prix Le 25 février 2010 à 15 h, un représentant de Blitz Direct, Data et Promotion fera le tirage au hasard d’un magasin parmi les 100 magasins Marché Richelieu du Québec et de l’Ontario. Le responsable du magasin sélectionné sera contacté par un représentant de Blitz Direct, Data et Promotion le jour du tirage afin de tirer au sort cinq coupons de participation parmi tous les coupons reçus dans son magasin respectif avant le 24 février 2010, à la fermeture du magasin. Les cinq coupons de participation sélectionnés seront par la suite expédiés par le responsable du Marché Richelieu sélectionné au 801, Grande Allée Ouest, bureau 200 à Québec au plus tard le 1er mars 2010 à 16 h. Le tirage du grand prix sera effectué le 11 mars 2010 à 15 h par un représentant de Blitz Direct, Data et Promotion parmi tous les coupons reçus du marchand sélectionné. La personne dont le coupon de caisse complété aura été sélectionné parmi les cinq coupons reçus sera contactée par un représentant de Blitz Direct, Data et Promotion par téléphone ou par la poste dans les 10 jours ouvrables suivant le tirage afin de prendre arrangement pour la livraison du prix. Si la personne gagnante ne peut être jointe dans les 15 jours ouvrables suivant la date du tirage, le responsable de Blitz Direct, Data et Promotion procédera alors au tirage d’un nouveau coupon de caisse. Pour être déclarée gagnante, la personne dont le coupon de caIsse sera sélectionné devra être admissible au concours, tel que spécifié à l’article 5 du présent règlement, et devra répondre correctement à la question d’habileté mathématique posée sur le formulaire de déclaration du gagnant qu’elle devra remplir et signer pour obtenir son prix. Prix en magasin Les tirages des montants d’épicerie en chèques-cadeaux auront lieu à tous les mercredis de la promotion, soit les 3, 10, 17 et 24 février 2010, à la fermeture des magasins, dans chacun des Marché Richelieu participants. Les tirages seront effectués parmi tous les reçus déposés dans les boîtes spécialement identifiées au moment du tirage. Les participations sont cumulatives d’un tirage à l’autre. Pour être déclarées gagnantes, les personnes dont l’inscription sera tirée devront être admissibles au concours, tel que spécifié à l’article 5 du présent règlement, et devront répondre correctement à la question d’habileté mathématique posée sur le formulaire de déclaration du gagnant qu’elles devront remplir et signer pour obtenir leur prix. Ces personnes seront jointes par téléphone par chacun des marchands Marché Richelieu et seront invitées à venir chercher leur prix dans les trois semaines suivant la date du tirage. Si une personne gagnante omettait d’aller chercher son prix ou de prendre arrangement avec le marchand pour que quelqu’un d’autre y aille à sa place dans les trois semaines suivant le tirage, le marchand procéderait alors au tirage d’un nouveau bulletin. 5. ADMISSIBILITÉ Le concours s’adresse aux résidants du Québec et de l’Ontario âgés de 18 ans ou plus, à l’exception des employés, représentants et agents de METRO INC. et de Marché Richelieu, de leurs sociétés affiliées, de leurs agences de promotion et de publicité, des fournisseurs de produits et de services liés à cette promotion ainsi que des personnes avec lesquelles elles sont domiciliées. 6. GÉNÉRALITÉS Les prix attribués dans le cadre de ce concours ne sont ni monnayables, ni échangeables et doivent être acceptés tels que décernés, sous réserve des dispositions prévues à l’article 3 du présent règlement. L’attribution des prix aux personnes gagnantes est également subordonnée à ce que ces personnes signent une formule de déclaration dégageant les organisateurs du concours et les commanditaires de toutes responsabilités quant aux dommages matériels et corporels qui pourraient survenir ou découler de l’utilisation des prix. Cette formule prévoit également l’autorisation d’utiliser le nom, la photo, l’image et/ou la voix des personnes gagnantes, notamment aux fins d’annoncer leur identité ou à toute autre fin reliée à ce concours et ce, sans rémunération. Toute inscription incomplète, erronée, illisible ou endommagée ne peut donner droit à un prix. Les décisions des organisateurs du concours à cet égard seront sans appel. Toute reproduction mécanique ou manuelle du coupon de participation ou d’un coupon de caisse est formellement interdite. Les personnes qui participent au concours reconnaissent avoir pris connaissance du présent règlement et acceptent de s’y conformer. Un différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite d’un concours publicitaire peut, pour les résidants du Québec, être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec afin qu’il soit tranché. Un différend quant à l’attribution d’un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d’une intervention pour tenter de le régler. Ce concours est assujetti à toutes les lois et à tous les règlements fédéraux, provinciaux et municipaux applicables. Remarque : l’emploi du masculin dans le présent règlement a pour seule fin d’alléger le texte. HELPING YOU SAVE CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES 1. CONTEST PERIOD The “Helping You Save” contest will run from January 28 to February 24, 2010 at store closing time. 2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST • Print your name, address, and phone number on a cash register receipt from a participating Marché Richelieu store and • Deposit the entry in the specially marked box in store No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase, simply request an entry form at a participating store. Limit of one entry per person per day. 3. PRIZES Grand Prize The grand prize is a $1,000 Marché Richelieu gift certificate. A single winning entry will be drawn at the end of the promotional period from among all the entries received at participating Marché Richelieu stores. The total value of the grand prize is $1,000. In-Store Prizes The amount shown on a winning grocery receipt drawn at random, up to a maximum of $100, will be awarded as a prize, in the form of Marché Richelieu gift certificates, to the person whose name and address are indicated on the back of the receipt. One entry per week per participating store will be drawn at random for a total of four winning entries per store during the contest period. There will be 100 participating stores in Quebec and Ontario, for a total of 400 winning entries. The maximum value of these in-store prizes is $40,000. If a non-purchase entry form is drawn instead of a cash register receipt, the winner will receive a gift certificate for $10. 4. DRAWINGS Grand Prize At 3 p.m. on February 25, 2010, a representative of Blitz Direct, Data & Promotion will make a random draw to select one store from among the 100 participating Marché Richelieu stores in Quebec and Ontario. The store manager will be contacted by a representative of Blitz Direct, Data & Promotion on the day of the draw so that five contest entries can be drawn from among all the entries received at that store before the contest ended, at the store’s closing time on February 24, 2010. The manager of the selected Marché Richelieu store will send the five entries drawn to 801, Grande Allée West St, office 200 in Québec City no later than 4 p.m. on March 1, 2010. The grand prize drawing will be made at 3 p.m. on March 11, 2010 by a representative of Blitz Direct & Promotion from among the entries received from the selected store. The person whose entry is drawn as the winning entry will be contacted by a representative of Blitz Direct, Data & Promotion by telephone or by mail within ten working days following the drawing to arrange for delivery of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within fifteen working days following the drawing, Blitz Direct, Data & Promotion will draw another entry. To be declared the winner of the grand prize, the person whose entry is drawn must meet the contest’s eligibility requirements, as indicated in section 5 of these rules and will have to correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question shown on the declaration form that the winner must complete and sign to receive his or her prize. In-Store Prizes The drawings for in-store gift certificates will be made each Wednesday during the promotion, that is, on February 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2010, at closing time in each of the participating Marché Richelieu stores. The drawings will be made from among all the entries found in the specially marked boxes at the time of the drawings. All entries that are not drawn will remain in the boxes and will be eligible for the subsequent drawings. To be declared the winner of an in-store prize, a person whose entry is drawn must meet the contest’s eligibility requirements, as indicated in section 5 of these rules and will have to correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question shown on the declaration form that the winner must complete and sign to receive his or her prize. Winners will be contacted by the Marché Richelieu store where the winning entry was drawn and will be invited to collect their prizes within three weeks following the date on which their entries were drawn. If a prize winner does not collect his or her prize or make arrangements with the participating store within three weeks following the drawing for someone else to do so in his or her place, the store will draw a new winning entry. 5. ELIGIBILITY The contest is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario who are age 18 or over. However, it is not open to the employees, representatives and agents of METRO INC. and Marché Richelieu, their affiliated companies, promotion and advertising agencies, suppliers of goods and services related to this promotion or any person who lives with them. 6. GENERAL RULES The prizes awarded in this contest cannot be received in the form of cash or be exchanged and must be accepted as awarded, subject to the provisions of section 3 of these rules. Prizes will be awarded to the prize winners provided such winners sign a declaration form that releases and holds harmless the contest organizers and sponsors from all liability with respect to property damage or personal injury that may be the result of or arise from the use of the prizes. The declaration form must also authorize the use of the winner’s name, photograph, likeness or voice, including use for the purpose of announcing the winner’s identity or any other use related to this contest, without compensation. Any incomplete, incorrect, illegible or damaged entry will not give entitlement to a prize. The decisions of the contest organizers in this respect are final and without appeal. Any mechanical or manual reproduction of non-purchase contest entries or cash register receipts is prohibited. By participating in this contest, all participants acknowledge that they have read these rules and agree to abide by them. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
