Dans le cadre de sa campagne d’éducation et de sensibilisation des Mauriciens au
fonctionnement de la Bourse, la Bourse de Maurice organise une journée portes ouvertes
le samedi 08 novembre 2014.
Faites le premier pas en vous rendant au bureau de poste de Vacoas, le samedi 08
novembre de 10hrs à 13hrs.
* 3 prix à gagner, à travers un tirage au sort, pour ceux présents à
l’occasion de cette journée:
1er prix:
Un portefeuille constitué d’actions de compagnies faisant partie de
l’indice SEM-10 d’une valeur de Rs 100,000 offert par la Bourse de
Maurice.
2eme prix:
Des « units » d’une valeur de Rs 100,000 offerts par National
Investment Trust Ltd.
3eme prix:
Des « units » d’une valeur de Rs 100,000 offerts par AngloMauritius Investment Managers Ltd.

Cette journée portes ouvertes est organisée en partenariat avec le National Investment Trust Ltd,
l’Anglo-Mauritius Investment Managers Ltd, le Port-Louis Stockbroking Association et le
Mauritius Post Ltd.
* Terms and Conditions
1. As part of an educational campaign organised by The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM) in
collaboration with the Mauritius Post Ltd in order to sensitise the public about stock exchange activities,
the SEM will organise a lucky draw at first educational session to be held at Vacoas Post Office on 8
November 2014.
2. The following prizes will be awarded:
1st prize: A portfolio of shares from the SEM-10 index for a value of about Rs 100,000 to Rs 105,000
offered by SEM;
2nd prize: A number of units equivalent to Rs 100,000 offered by National Investment Trust;
3rd prize: A number of units equivalent to Rs 100,000 offered by Anglo-Mauritius Investment Managers
3. Every member of the public of more than 18 years and attending the educational session on 8 November
2014 at the Vacoas Post Office can participate in the lucky draw. Staff members of The Stock Exchange
of Mauritius Ltd, Central Depository & Settlement Co. Ltd, investment dealers and fund managers as well
as their immediate family (spouse and children under 18) are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
4. Participants will be required to present their identity card and will have to write their name, address and
telephone number, etc. on a coupon. Every participant in the lucky draw will not be allowed to fill in more
than one coupon.
5. The lucky draw is expected to be effected at 12h30 but the SEM reserves the right to make the draw at any
time before the closing of the educational session.
6. The list of winners of the lucky draw will be announced on the radio and published in the newspaper and
on SEM's website.
7. Winners of the lucky draw will be informed by the SEM of the results of the lucky draw and modalities to
claim their respective prizes. Winners should present their identity card at the time of claiming their prize.
All prizes must be claimed within a delay of 3 months from the date of the lucky draw.
8. The prizes cannot be exchanged for another consideration or transferred to a third party.
9. In case of disagreement with these present Terms and Conditions, the decision of SEM will be final and
irrevocable.
10. SEM reserves the right to review or modify the present Terms and Conditions or to cancel the lucky draw.
11. It is understood that SEM cannot be held liable in case of any dispute arising from these present Terms
and Conditions.
