FIRST PRIZE FOR PHOTOGRAPHY
6th edition of the Grand Prix Romand de la Création
May 29th 2009: Yesterday evening, Geneva-based photographer Denis Hayoun was awarded the
Grand Prix Romand de la Création First Prize for Photography for his work on the Romain
Jerome catalogue dedicated to the Titanic-DNA collection.
Fish swimming at abyssal depths, a gorilla with five chronographs, a haunted manor house, a pistol,
caviar, lizards, squids… for the Romain Jerome CEO and designer Yvan Arpa, “the skill and creative
approach of this artist have enabled him to express many of my wildest ideas through his camera
lens!”
The award ceremony took place in the studios of the Télévision Suisse Romande in Geneva, on
Thursday May 28th. The jury was composed of communication professionals, independent creatives
and representatives of agencies in Western (French-speaking) Switzerland.

PREMIER PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE
6ème édition du Grand Prix Romand de la Création
29 Mai 2009: Le photographe genevois Denis Hayoun a reçu hier soir, le premier prix de
photographie du Grand Prix Romand de la Création pour l’ensemble de son travail réalisé dans
le cadre du catalogue Romain Jerome pour la collection Titanic-DNA.
Poisson des grandes profondeurs, gorille aux 5 chronographes, manoir hanté, pistolet, caviar, lézards,
calamars, feu…pour Yvan Arpa, CEO et designer : « Cet artiste grâce à son savoir-faire et son esprit
créatif, a su traduire sous son objectif, bon nombre de mes délires ! »
La remise des GRAND a eu lieu dans les studios de la TSR, à Genève, le jeudi 28 mai. Le jury était
constitué de professionnels de la communication, créatifs indépendants, et représentants d’agences
de Suisse romande.
