NOTICE AND STATEMENT OF THE RECEIVER
(Subsection 245(1) and 246(1) of the Act)
The receiver gives notice and declares that:

On the 25th day of February 2015, following a motion filed by the secured creditor GE Financement
Commercial aux Détaillants Canada (“GE”), PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was named the receiver (the
"Receiver") in respect of the property of Les Automobiles Luc Fréchette & Fils Inc. an insolvent
person, that is described below:
Inventory of pleasure boats, recreational vehicles and accessories $7,253,372
(book value of the Debtor’s total inventories for which GE has a claim of $5,184,361.58).
2. The undersigned was named Receiver by virtue of being appointed by the Superior Court of Quebec on
the 25th day of February 2015.

3. The undersigned took possession or control of the property described above on the 25th day of
February 2015 located at the Debtor’s business place located in Varennes. The undersigned has also
negotiated the access of the Louiseville business places with the trustee to the bankruptcy of the
Debtor, Houle Syndic, which took possession of the assets therein.
4. The following information relates to the receivership:
(a) Address of insolvent person: 831 St-Laurent Boulevard West, in the City of Louiseville, Province of
Quebec, J5V 1L2.
(b) Principal line of business: dealer of pleasure boats, recreational vehicles and accessories.

by the insolvent person is $71,260.15.
(f) The intended plan of action of the Receiver during the receivership, to the extent that such a plan
has been determined, is to realize upon the inventory and immovable assets either through a sales
process and/or buy-back programs form various manufacturers.
